Henrik was one of my Best friends!!. We spoke often and along with all his family we always wished him the best.. Its a very sad Day for me to Know My best friend has moved on to Main Stage in the sky. I can at least say I had the privilege to Be a part of his life in the end!
Today's music is the worst music i've ever heard in my life, totally sux ass and is diabolical, especially all that auto-tuned pop and hip-hop talentless nonsense, all that crap has destroyed the spirit of great music like this. @@ratter531 look it up they where based in Scranton Pa and played in local clubs often. You have no idea what it was like to see them play with a bangin pa in front of 3 or 4 hundred people OMG
@@davidgavronsky4544 i saw this twice at the fire company in hummels wharf, pa back in the late 80s. we were packed tight but was well worth it. standing room only. i was lucky enough to be right in front row of the stage. only bad thing was Henrik would spit out into the audience. was so gross.
One of the best bands ever so underrated! This music will never be old no matter what age I am I put it on and I feel good by the way I'm 54 still rocking baby dirty f****** looks... I was in a few different bands over the years and we for the opening band for them several times great people miss you
Never had the pleasure of seeing Dirty Looks. I'm from a small town about 45 miles from the Canadian border in Montana however I did wear out 2 cassette tapes. COOL FROM THE WIRE is in the top 5 album's of the 80s. Awesome band!! RIP Henrik
Henrik Left this world as a legendary Rock Icon from Liver failure peacefully at home surrounded with family and friends. Henrick I love you and will miss you dearly. May your music continue to live on and your smile grace all of us every time we see your action packed videos and glowing pictures.
Ahhhh Dirty Looks, Syracuse NY Lost Horizon lol.....Saw a groupie giving a hummer in the mens room then a hammer fight 20 minutes later. It was 18 to enter, 21 to drink, and I was 18 years old.....what an education lol. Now I am in my mid 40s, these young technology at the hip snowflakes have no idea of what is fun lol!
OMG Lost Horizon was the best. Saw Every Mothers Nightmare there. I was 15 years getting served drinks. My husband (we been together now for 30 years) kept telling me not to sit on the toilet seat. 7 drinks later I sat and caught crabs. LOL Those were the day.
Got the pleasure of seeing these guys at Dallas City Limits in 1992. Great show but an even better band. Another one that never got the credit they should have. RIP Henrick. You are greatly missed & Axl can't hold anything next to what you did. Rock the fuck on !!!
God I miss those days!!! Long frickin' hair.......great metal bands......great fuckin' music.......please Lord let them return before I die! R.I.P. Henrik Jag älskar dig broder!
Born and raised in Erie Pennsylvania drummer several different bands over the years f****** enough to know these guys hang with them my band open for them several times. Such an underrated band thanks for the memories Henrik
This was an amazing band a bunch of really nice guys and great musicians who should have been recognized and given more credit...but unfortunately had to deal with record company executives who didn't have the courage to compete on higher grounds while Ac/dc fans never got the chance to know what DIRTY LOOKS really was ALL about⏰
Seen them many times in PA at some very cool but small venues where some of us could hang out with national acts after the clubs closed. The 80's & 90's were the best if times. I visited NY a few decades ago, ran into Henrick and he actually spent a couple hours showing me some of the sites. He was a really sweet and kind guy.
Met a old/close friend of Henrik's (ALPHA of Al's-Reading,pa)that brought back good memories of a GREAT late 80's/early 90's band. Was at their lst gig at Al's Cafe in Danville,pa after Jack Pyers left HARPO to team with Henrik. Followed them from their practice place in JIM's bar(converted barn in countryside outside of New Berlin,Pa.) to L'amour in Brooklyn, Hammerjacks in Baltimore and alot of eastern seaboard venues. Took in Henrick's last gig in Camp Hill,Pa. in 2010. RIP
Cool from the Wire was a better album, I think, but I always had a soft spot in my heart for Dirty Looks and it's cool to see this up here. Thank you for posting!
I used to sit in a room set up with phones at Bob Miller's place (where Harpo, Dirty Looks and China White used to practice) and make calls into MTV to request this song between 4-5pm...ahhh...the good ole days...these guys rocked!
why they only had one 7 inch single how the fuck should i get this one in germany and why the fuck they only have 3 videos the music is awesome DL is my favorite band \m/
There's no wasted motions in this video I love it I met them back in the day and the great great House of guitars in Rochester New York for an autograph session cool guys great band ⚡
I was able to stand right next to Henrik in a gymnasium, leather jackets, sweat on the walls, and pure rock in Erie. They played some “F*** You” song and it was perfect. What a great, great band.
Saw these guys with LA Guns in Hagerstown MD 88 bout this album learned ever song before the concert I was 12 my dad dropped me off with my sis and her friend lol
@easyryder1969 Hi try on vbox7 ...We opened for them in 87 at hotrocks and in london ontario...Great guys after we had a party with them upstairs..Me and Henri learned a few words...he was teaching me danish and i was telling him how to say some dirty words in German...they were very proffessional and polite...totaly different of what they were on stage...thought i could share this with you...
Seen these guys on MTV, bought tickets to see them in San Francisco. Then the fucking earthquake hit the bay area. Show was canceled. What a revoltin development!!
I love both of the first 2 CDs equally. (In fact, I had a cassette copy of their MIrror Records demo released just before Cool From The Wire that I preferred a bit to that album). Really, I like all of their stuff, although a few albums deep into their career were off course a bit (Rip It Out, Slave To The Machine). Even with a new band in tow, Henrik's last few albums were solid (if under-produced). RIP Henrik...

For me the best period in hard rock and metal music was 1980 - 1995, a lot of GREAT bands came out in that 15-year time period.
