When you watch the performance of both in this particular round,I think chika deserves to be brought back.the other guy(marz?) Was struggling with breath control though he has a good voice and is also a good performer as well but the competition is mainly about your voice and that's why it's called"voice Nigeria"

Tejiri vs Chika was the real duet and battle of the night! They were so much in tune: the emotions, the gesticulation, the overall performance... Tejiri surprised me o, she was so calm and had more of the flow! ♥️ I just hope Chika gets to come back (voting)... Love them both ♥️🔥

Jokebel and Ikande were such a Lovely pair! They gave us something to remember ♥️ Jokebel had more of the emotions...However, Ikande obviously was the standout of the two as he was the better performer. And he did his with ease... ♥️

A CRUCIAL ONE:
The Voice’s coaches are saddled to choose the best voices while we watch and enjoy the show. Comparing the last season’s coaches to current coaches or a coach’s team to another will only rid us of the fun and uniqueness of the show.
On this show, I have been schooled musically (so many terms are inked in my head already), My singing has even improved because as the coaches are dishing some advise to their talents, I steal from their plates 😅, a very important highlight for me is that a good voice is not enough, professional further feeds your choice of song or the kind of song you’d choose.
Let’s enjoy this show while it lasts.
The singing, the interview, the rehearsals, BTS all makes THE VOICE one of a kind of show 🔥

The last performance (Tejiri & Chika) was the hardest decision to make. It didn't feel like a battle; it felt like a duet. So beautiful to watch and I'm so mad at Waje for pairing the best together. Chika deserves to stay in this competition. He's just too good to leave 😭

The girl was more emoting why the guy held the song.
This is the problem with the battles
The stronger person might just be missing the main ingredient of the song while the other person will just focus on the main ingredient

Chika would have been saved by Waje cos he sang well, but the fact that Tejiri is the only girl remaining, and that Waje knows Chika before, she didn't want people to judge her based on favoritism, so she did what favors the show just how she kept on choosing Elizabeth of last season. Secondly, that song choice for Martins and Faith was really a blonder, so it will be hard for Martins to beat Chika on this one, so I am rooting for Chika to be saved by the fans.

Her transitions from chest to head was sweet with the riffs but the song wasn't her kinda thing. It favored Matthew but that doesn't take away from the fact that she's a great singer. I also think the parts were she was shouty and too loud is just how her voice is. Consistent vocal training will help her manage it well.

Her voice got cracked from one of the high note she took so it's affected her voice so it's like she's shouting. Truly she's very good

Timi/Matthew. Timi fought though she struggled. Matthew didnt fight but smoother. Because of Matthew's unique voice, I know he will be saved. He did so well.
Jocabel/David Ikanda. - The Synergy is so on point. Non outdid each other, but Ikanda's voice is sooo silky and smooth.
3. Faith/ Matthew-. Thought waje was gonna pick Marrz for his last performance. But she did just great and tactical in her choice. Faith killed it here and better (I feel Marrz was too confident maybe because of his previous performance)Tactical in the sense Waje knows Marrz will be back/saved by viewers. Amazing performance.
4. Tejiri/Chika. oh my! what a performance! I felt the emotions, everything. They both did wonderfully well. Please lets bring Chika and Marrz back.

I’m definitely saving Martins. He’s one of my favorites in this competition. This performance didn’t show what he can do but I still remember his knockout performance, he’s so amazing!

Truth be told, Matt had more control and understanding of the song because he is a classical singer, but it was an unfair choice of song for Timi, a song far from both singers genre would have been a fair choice.
During the blinds, I didn't take Coach Niyola seriously but after her talents showed, her reviews are gold. You can't argue results abeg.

Waje actually chose that Prayer song for Matthew specifically and not to balance anything. Matthew can't perform any other genre of song and she really wants him in the live shows hence she chose a song where he will shine. I've noticed her sentiments towards him since the knock outs

The only thing i can say about the last performance is, Waje just wanted to save one female, because all my mind was what Waje has been picking until the last performance where she chose Tejiri over Chika. Chika was more consistent and handled the song better, he deserves the spot, he gave better vocal control. Please lets vote him back.
