I just wanted to say that after months of being unmotivated and unwilling to get up and stretch I decided to try this routine and try some of annas other stretch routines. Afterwards I felt so much more relaxed and a lot less stressed. I'm going to try and consistently stretch and reach my flexibility goals. To everybody reading this don't give up on your goals no matter how impossible they may seem. You got this!!!

Hi Anna I just wanted to say that this video and a lot of other videos of yours really helped me because a month ago my body was not able to do anything like a split needle or back bend but now since I’ve been using your stretching routines I am very close to getting my back bend and split and I can already do the needle just from a little bit of your routines they helped me and a lot of other people so please keep doing your routines because they are so good to do

I find that if you can do a bridge then holding a bridge for around 10 seconds helps strengthen your back but if your scoliosis is so bad that you cannot bridge then try doing a straddle stand and leaning to the side instead of straight down ❤ hope this hwlpsy

First, I want to say before I started this my left split was no where close to down, but now after the month I have been doing this vid daily, I have my left split all the way down with a BLOCK! Second, I got my middle split down because of this vid! And last, I LOVED the background!!!! So Thank you again!💗🤗

@@chloe155 💕My left leg likes going to the beach and my right leg likes staying at home. The left leg gets lazy at times and really my right leg is better at everything.

Yeah I agree,,my left leg is my good side and sometimes I get lazy and don't even stretch my right side,, which I think is not good 😭🤣

Well, due to being age 53 and having begun lifting a few times weekly three months back now I want to add your flexibility/'contortionist' workouts on opposite days. There are about NO elders (but very young in heart) like myself that I yet have seen doing this so THANK YOU, ANNA❤
