G’day Kimber. Great to hear from you mate. I used a couple of your taps today. Thank you 🙏, they have come in very bloody handy. Merry Christmas 🎄 to you and your family. Cheers 🍻 Aaron
Thank you 🙏. Yes I’m sorry for not being very active on UA-cam. My teaching job (50+ hrs p/wk) is sucking the life out of me. I have started filming a new project, but once again got halfway through it, and other things took over. Cheers 🍻
Hi Paul. It’s great to hear from you mate. I hope you’ve been well over there in the UK. I suppose it’s getting cold over there now. Wishing you and the family a very Merry Christmas 🎄. Cheers 🍻 Aaron
G’day Rus. Thanks mate. Yes they’re working me to death, but the money is good 😝 Just wish I had more energy for my own projects. Wishing you and the family a very Merry Christmas 🎄
Welcome back Aaron, it can be a bit of a bus mans holiday when teaching and hobbies clash!! Good to see you in your shop again. Sounded like that brake disc had a couple of hard spots! But the surface grinder did a great job. Cheers Ian
Hi Ian. Yes it did have some hard spots here and there. You could see that when grinding. Surface finishes weren’t great, but it was the size (thickness) I was chasing. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas 🎄. Cheers 🍻 Aaron
G’day Jon. It’s great to hear from you, and thanks for checking in on me. It wasn’t a very interesting video, but thought I’d share anyway. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas 🎄 mate. Cheers 🍻 Aaron
That mill of yours runs super quiet mate ( when not cutting). Great to see you doing a vid. again 👍👍👍 Those vids. of The Minister cutting ribbons at your Tech College were great. I still tease some of my ex-colleagues about how far NSW is…. ‘Behind Victoria’ in the teaching of 21st Century manufacturing. 😎 Massah Po’…. Yours is a most venerated vocation, Your Worthless Student, Robert
G’day Robert (aka grasshopper master). Thank you so much for the rotary axis mate. It worked a bloody treat on this job. I hope you liked the little photo I put up of you? Yes my Herless mill is a bloody little ripper. I love using it. Glad you enjoyed the TAFE videos. I thought I’d share them with the YT masses 😝 Yours in the way of machining. Fat boy slim the dimsim kid ha ha
Hi Paul and hanks mate 🙏. Yes, I agree with you. Sharing on UA-cam is fun, but it has to take a back seat to my full time job. Thanks for watching Paul and wishing you a Merry Christmas 🎄. Cheers 🍻 Aaron
G’day Aaron, good to see ya mate. Keep work happy before YT my friend. I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a bit of rest for you also. See you on the next one 👍🇦🇺
Hi Mark. It’s great to hear from you mate and hanks for following along. Wishing you and your family a very safe and merry Christmas 🎄 also. Cheers 🍻 Aaron
What a pain in arse of a job to do ??? Reminds me of the jobs, customers off the street would bring in 🙄 I finally woke up and realised it might be best to give these sorts of customers a miss. You know those jobs Aaron ? 2 hour job that took 4 to 5 hours to finish ??? But, at least you got some value out of this job, by at least making a video out of it 👍 We still need to catch up again too. Your turn to visit me this time 😉 I was recently looking at one of my older videos where I was talking about just coming back from our last get together at your shop. ( over 2 years ago now ) Hopefully we can both make some time to catch up during the Christmas break. I will even shout Lunch this time 🤗
G’day Peter, how are you mate. Hey it’s really nice to hear from you buddy. I hope you and the family are all well. I didn’t actually mind doing this job to be honest. Russell is a good mate of mine and I needed him to do me a favour and reset my computer in my diesel Mitsubishi so it was a bit of bartering lol. Yes I definitely need to get down your way and check out your shop. I should even do a shop tour video whilst I’m there (only if you’re up to it) 😉 Dianne and I are heading off to Lakes entrance just after Christmas so that should be fun but I’ll give you a call when I get back so I can head down your way. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas Peter cheers mate Aaron
Hi Max. Thanks for watching and commenting. It’s been awhile hasn’t it. Sorry you haven’t heard from me. I still watch your videos on the Television 📺, I can like but can’t comment there. Merry Christmas 🎄 to you and the family. Cheers 🍻
G'day Aaron. Great demo & finish with the wheel spaces. My question is, Why didn't you just put 2 more toe clamps 90° from your original toe clamps, which would have left you still setup. Remove your original clamps, then finish the milling, & Bob's your uncle.
G'day Ted. That's a great idea mate. However, I only have 2 T-nuts that fitted that rotary table. I was too lazy to make more of them. Thanks for watching mate. Hope you've been well? Cheers, Aaron.
G'day mate. Oh that's awesome and I'm happy to hear. Do you like it? I love this little mill. It's much better now with a DRO. I bought this one second hand of mate a few years ago now and the rotary table was donated by a viewer. Cheers, Aaron.
Hay Aaron
Great to see you. Great video. Thanks for sharing
G’day Kimber. Great to hear from you mate. I used a couple of your taps today. Thank you 🙏, they have come in very bloody handy. Merry Christmas 🎄 to you and your family. Cheers 🍻 Aaron
Nice to see you back again Aaron. Hopefully we will see a lot more of you.
Thank you 🙏. Yes I’m sorry for not being very active on UA-cam. My teaching job (50+ hrs p/wk) is sucking the life out of me. I have started filming a new project, but once again got halfway through it, and other things took over. Cheers 🍻
Hello Aaron,

Take care.

G’day Matty. Thanks mate, not my best work, but the size / thickness was spot on 😉
Cheers 🍻 Aaron

Nice to see you back mate! Best Chrissy/New Year wishes to you and your family.
Thanks mouse. Back at you mate. Let’s hope it’s a good one. Cheers 🍻
Hello Aaron. I bought a similar cutter and cut 50mm off the shank. There was a big improvement in cut and much lower noise. Good video quality. BC
G’day BC, thanks mate. Yes I had to cut about 50-60mm off this one to get it to fit. Hope you’re well and had a great Christmas. Cheers 🍻 Aaron

You asked if I've been well ?
This is kind of weird I have that same exact Mill in that same exact rotary table
G'day mate. Oh that's awesome and I'm happy to hear. Do you like it? I love this little mill. It's much better now with a DRO. I bought this one second hand of mate a few years ago now and the rotary table was donated by a viewer. Cheers, Aaron.
Excuse my French, surface finish on both the mill and grinder is shit house
Yes cast can be a bastard at times. To be honest, I was chasing the size (thickness) and not the finish.
