You ripper Dan. I bet your lad was smiling from ear to ear! Bet the other kids don't have a 6061 star... I know what I would treasure as a kid more than the other. Even as a 40yo I still treasure the tools I have that my Dad gave me as a 10yo. Life long memories are the best imo.

The radial strategy gives nice or appropriate looking scratchmarks on the base.
They were each done with different strategy's to test the pattern effects
