All I’m sayin is, if you guys add this to your catalog, but also include 18”, 19”, and 20” sizes, you guys could finally compete with Meinl’s Extra Thin Hammered Crashes. Maybe even call em Tempest Crashes, and you guys could really sell a bunch of those.
I think the size makes it an acquired taste and the limited offer to see if sales are good before production. It's probably a prototype that's been finally taken to vote on releasing
Exactly what I was thinking. I have that as my left crash, and the 22 complex as my right crash, but the complex is kinda outdone in volume by the legacy…wondering if I need another big ass crash now 😏
I just received this to add with my 14 inch HHX Click hi-hats, 18 inch Dream Bliss crash-ride, and 20 inch HHX Zen China. I also ordered a 19 inch HHXtreme crash to replace my 18 inch AA Medium-Thin crash in the same setup. Hoping to eventually get a 10 inch HH Duo splash. Going to be a powerful cymbal setup! (Sabian, if you're reading this, I'd love to talk endorsement or to start building a relationship with you guys after playing your stuff for almost 20 years)
Every time I buy a newly launched cymbal that’s closer to my desired sound you always release another that just keeps getting even closer 😭 This thing is absolutely beautiful!
@@wolleyreikivalley I buy the HH Remaster versions when ever I see a good deal. I love the understated small HH @ 12 o’clock with the Sabian logo in the small font on the bottom of the cymbal.
Very poor drum set demo. For a supposedly versatile cymbal we just get crashes that all sound roughly the same. And not all that different from the other two cymbals being crashed in the context of a monotonous piece of playing.

My friend the HHXtreme has existed forever. That’s the one you’re looking for :)

Sabian is just crushing it in the last few years. Heaps of good competition, but great response too.
Sounds like my 21" Legacy but MORE

Agreed… similar, but this one is a bit more zesty

Just buy an Istanbul already :)
@@GlazeonthewickeR unfortunately not available locally. I’d love to try a few for sure.
Sounds incredible!
Sounds great! Reminds me of the HHXtreme which I hoped came in 22".
Yet another must have 😍
Just ordered mine! Was told it's gonna come stamped "Prototype". :D
Honestly amazing. I have a HHX prototype in my collection from 2011 that I’m afraid to regularly use because I wanna keep it forever
😍
🎉
a brighter manhattan
Nice but familiar, like an HHX Xtreme or a Fierce Crash. I also miss the old logo.
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Time to sell another kidney 😂
Where's the 24" option?
And please bring the old logo back!!!
No way. The new logo is nice! If you custom order your cymbals I'm sure Sabian will apply any logo you want.
buy used ones, i’ve had my used HH, HHX, and Artisan cymbals for over a decade
Thank U guys for your opinions ) I also have some used cymbals and ONLY with the old logo )
@@Assimilator702pretty sure they put the custom order program on hold during Covid, don’t think it came back yet either

Bruh, make it a 20' crash
Not my style despite of all the good comments):
