What speakers do you use to stream?
Genelec 8040a. Best bang for the buck. 5k sound for way less than 2k a pair.
JBL 104s at 3 ft distance paired with a Presonus Eris Sub 8.

Are u recommend this for make and mix and master trap ,Hip hop , I mean basically 808 bass genres ?
Thanks for all that you do Nick! Which speaker stands are those?
I’m a big fan of RCF speakers for a longest time for pro audio! But the Ayra PRO series are absolutely amazing 🤩 Thanks for sharing this!
Hi Nick. Is there enough bass and volume in the pro 6 for a home vinyl dj set up? Thanks! 😁
hi nick nice videos. i just recieved the ayra 5.wondering if i should of got the 6 using it in small basement room any advice thanks. Just wondering if there's a big difference.😎
Great video Nick! Love your channel man. Are they the Ayra 6s or 8s you're using? My home set up is in a fairly small room and I've been using one of my PA speakers, which is far from ideal. Do you think the Ayra 5s or 6s are sufficient or is it worth paying a bit more and going for the 8s?
I have the 6s and think they're more than enough!
Would you rather choose Ayra Pro 6 over Adam Audio T8v? Why?
I am amazed that RCF made studio monitors... I have my streaming set up through my home theater system. Bringing in the pro audio into my apartment it is a very over killing. For the price of these RCF Studio monitors is great.
Yeah bro studio monitors would be absolutely the best option for you!
Would you recommend these over Adam audio t7v... I like how rcf has the phase feature you mentioned in your video
Absolutely.
Hi Nick, thank you for doing the review, much appreciated. A quick question: Some reviews have stated that the Ayra Pro speakers only really show "the whole picture" when played at high sound levels. I'm looking to use them in a home studio environment to monitor at lower levels. Have you noticed anything regarding less detail, worse frequency response etc. when using them at lower volume? Thank you again for your time!
I've been using the Ayra 5 pro in a home studio for about a year now, for production, mixing, and mastering, and I have no issues monitoring at low volume levels, they have actually speeded up my workflow as I get the mix as close as I can using them, and it translates nicely over to the car, phone, and mono speakers.
@@pakmotodnb Thank you for your reply, much appreciated!
Where can you get these online? I've tried to find them.
Hey Nick, thanks for making these videos. They are helpful. But where do u take your RCFs when u have issues with them... ? mine sound fine but one sounds louder than the other. They are out of warranty so I'm not sure if I should just sell them or get it fixed. whats ur thought on that?
Have you tried adjusting the volume knob... Jeez
Hi Nick great video im new at your channel...i own a small home studio for amateur recording - production but also wanna do some live guitar and vocals live streaming performance would you sugest RCF 6 Instead of m-audio bx8 d3 ???
100% without a doubt get the RCFs over the m-audio
Great video, finally i find someone that use the RCF for Dj monitor. I want buy it for that use, i listen the 5" and have a great sound. But i want but the 6." I get to you a follow on Twitch.. I am on Twitch too.
Nick great video as always I'm a jbl user so I invested mk2 6 inch speakers. I didn't realize rcf were in the studio game of speakers.
Hi nick great video rcf always make great products. I'm using prosonus 3.5 monitors with stands my wife got them for my birthday in September . They sound great when I do my streaming. These rcf monitors looks very tempting lol. P.S we have a cat also 😁🐈
Haha yeah they're no joke! And yes!! Love my cats
Would u recommend these over jbl lsr 305?
all day especially since the 305s are 5 inch and these are 6.5 inch... night and day. and generally speaking, RCF speakers are 100x better than the equivalent JBL.
@@NickSpinelli So the 5s would smoke the jbl 5s
@@MinisterTravis both are cheap entry level monitors, if they were that good wont be selling this cheap. and other brands sells way more than these probably there not that good because nobody is talking about them in forums and in may shops their like last place monitors by sales.
@@suprerxero I now own a pair and they beat everything in these price range and even above. the clarity reminds me of Neumann KH80s i used to own but smoother in the top and revealing like focal cms. Everything just cuts through so easy. Highly recommended!
@@MinisterTravis 6.5 inch ones?
These are bi-amped?
Nope just ine
Of course they are, only some very basic and cheap active studio monitors aren't. This guy has no clue what he is talking about. 80W on the woofer 40W on the tweeter.
I just snagged your Trap Playlist. Thanks for sharing!
Awesome thank you!
Do you want to make an Amazon affiliate link for these speakers? I wanna buy them today and give you the kickback from them :)
I appreciate you! amzn.to/39YWdNB
Your literally so damn funny 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Thanks Armando!
Why didnt you let them play sound? 🤨
you mean in the video? I feel like you just need to hear them in person lol video wont do it justice
So essentially, you are a DJ with a background in PA speakers & RCF studio monitors only & yet,you claim the RCF Ayra Pro's take a dump on all other studio monitors in this price range? Where's your basis for the comparison? I'm a home studio engineer(self-taught)...but I have 14 years of experience with recording, mixing & mastering and the only feedback I can find on the RCF's is from people like you and the people from RCF advertising some bold claims about their quality. I don't mean any offense, but how can I make an informed decision on monitors for critical listening, based on videos like these? Perhaps everything about RCF is true.....but I don't live near a music store & I am forced to rely on the internet,to make my choices.I did find one review from a source I trust, which is SoundOnSound magazine(but the review was for the older Ayra model.)
I use Mackie MR624's - They have a 6" Driver. My wife bitches about the Bass and always tells me to turn it down, soooooooo. lol - But those RCF's seem dope too. If I win the lottery I'm gonna own a lot of cool shit! hahaha
lmao!
Damn you Scuba Steve! I’ll figure out a way to sneak these past the wife.
lmao!
I bet they are good, maybe even great but let's not get carried away lol.
You describe time and phase accuracy as well as properly designed crossovers, absolutely nothing revolutionary about that.
They're not the only company to do this but they absolutely do it the best.
I bet they designed 1 crossover for all 3 models and that's pretty bad, its, like they made 1 speaker and then put diff size woofers, made boxes bigger or smaller and call it a day.
