It's a shame that is only on the switch version! I was wondering how to unlock them on PC because they're listed as playable characters on some websites but unfortunately that is not the case :c I had considered making it a 100% completion run but now I think it would be too much of a pain. They're the two main characters apart from Nepgear so that's a huge loss.
I'm happy they included Maho. She is my second favorite character in the game.
