This is a shocker seeing Regina Louise Collaro being mentioned here. I always had mixed feelings about hiring a lnvestment advisor. For the record, I started working with Alex in 2018, and he manages about 70% of my lnvestments, while I manage the other 30%. My philosophy is that I care more about my own money than anyone else, but he made me accept that they have wealth of information on current conditions and future trend

Not all landlords will….but many do
Many landlords do in the right locations. Don’t check for apartment complexes, she should say condos instead. Apartment complexes either offer short-term rentals or have serious restrictions against Airbnb especially with an on-site property management company in place. Condominiums and single homes are much better is communities with high tourist attractions. Hope this helps!

What product research tool do you use to calculate revenue before taking up a lease? I have Air DNA, but it only calculates based on the purchase of a home and not a rent. Any advice?? Hoping to get a lease sometime this week or the next for Airbnb arbitrage..

If you have an llc and your approaching them as a business but you have no pay stubs no nothing your like freshly created llc how would you lease the apartment for a sublease under your personal name, which would have credit history and pay stubs you can provide them, or would you get the lease under the name of your business

I'm 18 years old I've had a pure burning desire to make money so I started by saving some money got 5k saved up took me some time since I don't get paid much. This is essentially property/rental management with a very stupid landowner lmao. They’re getting a flat fee while you scale up rather than take a small commission. It’s the way things should be in a fair market tbh… considering they simply own the property and you do all the work and can pay them a bit more as well. Listen yall dont realize how much people pay for mere convenience to not learn better….
