I think he meant for Republicans to explain better. If one has already made up their mind, there’s no point. I agreed with the human right reasoning, that includes the unborn human, and the three exceptions. Men should be accountable; little humans and women shouldn’t be the only ones suffering and dying. Those are just my humble opinions.
