Crazy this dropped as I’m looking this up lol Great vid, still wondering do any of them charge devices via cable tho? It’s the only reason I’m looking at the Anker
That’s a really great question!! I know Apples wont, the Zeera will charge a phone if you plug a usb c to lightning cable in to it and i will check the mophie when i get home and let you know!
Apple should’ve updated their smart battery cases to fit the newer iPhone models. Yes it’s kinda bulky and heavier but it just works seamlessly w/iOS and I don’t have to carry another accessory. Thanks for the review.
Only useful if you have the iphone mini honestly. I was going to get it till I released by the time i get home from work i still have around 50% battery and can just plug it in after work in my truck or at home
I forgot to add, the reason the Apple Battery Pack doesn’t charge the phone while you’re using it is because the phone will get too hot. Since the Apple Battery is designed to work with the iPhone, it knows when it’s in an over-temp situation, and it reduces charging power. When the phone cools down, it will ramp up the power again. The benefit of this is that after a year or two, you will have less phone battery degradation than you will with the other batteries. This isn’t a big deal if you upgrade your phone every year. But if you plan to keep your phone and skip an upgrade cycle, the phone will last longer.
Wowwwww man unbelievable. I really really appreciate the info. That makes so much sense. I am filming my review of it tomorrow and i will be sure to include this information as it sheds light on a lot of the things iv noticed but not understood. Thank you for this! Much love
I would say the MagSafe battery pack is for someone who doesn’t care about upgrading and intends to have their phone for more than 3+ years. Even upgrading every other year won’t make much difference using a mophie snap battery pack .they could’ve priced it a bit less
@@mitotero8 I agree with you mostly. Many iPhone users keep their phones for years. Also, iOS versions are designed to work with old phones. I agree that Apple could charge less money. However, due to the laws of supply and demand, they would not be wise to do so. Remember that as a public company, Apple has a fiduciary duty to maximize profits for shareholders. Leaving money on the table isn’t in line with that duty. Practically speaking, the battery will keep your iPhone on well beyond what the iPhone internal battery can without the inconvenience of wires. For people who want something different, lower-cost alternatives are plentiful.
I have one, not sure what happened I was really bummed out when editing hearing that buzzing in the background. Will have it fixed before my next video. Thanks for watching
I’m leaning towards Mophie but I want to see you review the Anker once you get your hands on one. I’ll keep a lookout for it lol.
I have mophie snap +juicepack mini and snap+ wireless charger and use neither because they heat my phone up top much (s21)
Great video! The audio didn’t bother me at all. Thank you for sharing!
I appreciate you!

The mophie allows you to charge a phone or device via the USB C port. One of the reasons why I returned the Apple one and got this one
@@krmtdfrg i just bought the mophie one yesterday. Are you saying that i can use it wireless charging while the mophie is also plugged in a socket?
@@dalecorps no I am saying you can use the Mophie can be used as a regular pack and you can plug in a cable and charge something that’s not wireless
Thanks for that info! I appreciate you!
Does it fast charge on the iPhone 12? I have it for the xs max and I'm using the included sticky magnet, and it charges slow on it.
No unfortunately not. To fast charge you need a different battery that uses a cord and at least 18watts of power

I agree! Hopefully we see an update!
Does mophie and zerra have overcharging protection? Thanks
My experience is they stop charging once the phone is full but Apples will stop it with like 5% left and slowly charge up to 100

People are to remember Apple added a smaller battery it’s under 3,000.
Buy a microphone, please.
Review is good, but the sound is terrible 😢
