San Miguel's & Scott's Fish Market in Shelter Cove, Captain Woody's, The Crazy Crab (both locations) & Quarterdeck in Sea Pines are our favorites. Staack's used to be, but prices really spiked. Hilton Head Diner is a more economical but just as good breakfast option. Old Oyster is beautiful and worth a trip. Skillet's is great, too. If you want pizza or Italian food hit Giuseppi's.
No commentary. No real details of any kind. Still somehow helpful. Surprised that Salty Dog isn't on here, since that's the only thing I've ever heard about HHI
Just returned, Salty Dog is more of an assortment of things for me. Shops, boat cruise, fishing, live music and restaurant. The meals I had there were all good but I believe there are other restaurants that are exceptional.
I actually love the salty dog cafe! I can’t remember if I included it in this video but I know I have another video with it. Actually wearing a hoodie right now from there. Love it there!
You’ll have so much fun!! Thanks for the comment Definitely check out shelter cove. They do fireworks and it’s beautiful there. That’s where Scott’s fish market is!
i did not enjoy Old Oyster Factory at all. The oysters were gritty and they over cooked the steak, the scallops were decent. I will never go back but thanks for the content..
Thanks for sharing.
So many restaurants to choose from on the island 🏝
Great picks and there are so many more!
I go to Hilton Head Island every other year. I will definitely be checking these out. Thanks!
Edit: I went to the Old Oyster Factory and it was great.

Low Country Backyard should be on any top HHI restaurant list.
Is Hudson's still in business on the island???
The best of all in quality is old fort pub pure quality and the best view
Ela’s at Shelter Cove is delicious and Jane’s Bistro is our fav!

Salty dog is the main restaurant I hear associated with HHI as well! Just knew it’d be on here, surprised it’s not lol

This opinion is correct…
Avoid Skillets. It’s not good.
I was not a fan here either but my wife really liked it.
