That house has a couple of suite-like rooms, like the one Leslie and Catherine have. Wonder why they can't stay in one of those instead of that small guest room?
Rod is an idiot. Didn't care about the baby and doesn't care about his wife. He needs a good Ole fashioned beat down from his father. But then again his father is just like him.
IMHO, Betty did that 'needy' thing with Rod right after her talk with Dr. Morton. Betty said to Rod that ever since they've been in that house . . . I get the feeling there's been no whoopi happening and Betty needs to get pregnant ASAP!
That's one way to deal with grief, rejection n being used..but no one wins..sad full circle ⭕..not so different from life in reality... selfishness..abuse and madness.
Plastic dishes. I remember those. The name Melmac rings a bell. I'm thinking that was a popular brand for them. You could tell they were plastic by how sounded being stacked.
Yes, we had some of those, white with bold aqua & black design. I loved them. Didn't have to worry about breaking when it was my turn to do the dishes. My mom probably got them with Green Stamps!
I'm really enjoying this soap. The characters starting with Betty (too needy, complainer), Connie (weird? affair with Elliot? hahaha), Dr. Rossi (so far, superb!), Uncle Matt (nice man), George (scary and Freaky), Rod (wishy washy, womanizer?), Allison (sweet). What do y'all think?
Poppa Bear Eh, some people are just immature and enjoy the chase-the whole “Catch and Release” game. Immaturity is not always age related either: Some people never grow up.
Allison is different from any girl he's ever met. He's used to dating popular girls. Allison, in her own way, is helping Rod to grow up; even though she usually acts like a child.
I don't like Laura. She's always trying to pump Dr. Rossi for information that is none of her business. Plus, she's interested in him personally and he doesn't return that interest.
@@jeffreyberkin9842 It's interesting that the two of them appeared together in an episode of Bonanza called 'The Miracle Maker' they were to be married in the episode. It was only 2 years before PP began but I thought Pat looked much younger in that episode of Bonanza than on PP.
Can’t believe people actually locked their doors in New England in the 60’s. Here in North East Scotland we still left our doors unlocked till around about the Millennium, before Burglary ( and now murder) really took off!
I have threatened myself by thinking of leaving my front door unlocked during the night....north Texas.....I feel perfectly safe during the daytime...at night,I'm not so sure. Sometimes there are people that go about late at night tryingcar and house doors to see if they're secure. No, I think I'll continue to lock the door during the night hours......
Joan Thomas..lucky you. I grew up on Long Island NY in the 1960s and my father never went to bed without checking to see if the front door was locked. He wasn't going to have his wife and three children attacked in the middle of the night.
I live in rural Maine … I never lock the doors … when they first showed the cottage , looking up from the beach , that’s the beach where I take my dog to run .. it’s called Pemaquid beach .. the plot thickens !
25the time I’m viewing complete series since COVID. Watched originally when it was on TV. Very well written/acting superb.
I starting watching this in 1964 and then stopped, enjoying watching all
I LOVE LOVE this soap!!!! Thank you for posting.!!
Everyone in PP is so freaking nosy!
Finally picking up where I left off last week :-) :-) Sooooo loving this show!!!
Best team of world class actors everyone of them, they don't look or sound reciting they so real.
25:17 yes like this soap beats the show of today!
Who was the killer 20 years ago???
Poor Dr Rossi 😂😂😂
Mrs. Brooks is taking nosy to a new level. Hope she gets fired eventually.
Betty, stop it and tell him the truth.
What a jerk that DR Morton.

@11:00 Betty is too damn needy, her neediness will run Rod away. I am sooo looking forward to the episode when he finds out she's not pregnant!

She's not needy, she's been hurt.

Oh, oh don't tell me Connie eas the murderer back in the day 🙏❓🛑
Was Kent Smith (Dr. Robert Morton) on General Hosptail?
I was trying to figure out why many hate Leslie, I couldn't find any reason until final episode.
They just open the Door for anybody. They didn't even look through a peep hole 😅😮😢❓🌹🙏

It was called Melamine.
I love no sloppy clothes.

Spot on!
Can't stand the nurse.
I love Laura, she's the only person who didn't judge Betty. I can't stand Rodney and the goody two shoes Alison.
Is that a Tiffany's lamp in the Background ❓
Why did Rod call Laura "cousin". I thought she was his aunt.
She is. He was humoring her regarding her being old enough to be his aunt.
I like Laura, she treats Betty better than Rodney, Leslie and Catherine except Norman.
Why is Rod so stuck on boring Allison? Norman is more suited for her.
Poppa Bear Eh, some people are just immature and enjoy the chase-the whole “Catch and Release” game. Immaturity is not always age related either: Some people never grow up.
Because it makes the plot interesting.

Riley..Yes. Very unattractive. Pat Breslin was a lot better in the two Twilight Zone episodes she did.

Not attractive at all !!
Good for Dr Rossi ! I like him & Connie together!
So much narcissistic tactics and brainless waste to life
Well I'm glad it looks like they fix Connie stupid hairdo it looks better in this scene anyway
Unkept wig or falls
If it was a man. That's something to remember.
