In this video we discuss how to make a carp fishing rice pack bait with soda instead of ketchup. Its very simple to do. Ingredients are 1 28ounce box of instant rice, 21 ounces of any soda, 1 cup of kosher salt, 1 cup of sugar, You can also add in flavor of your choice.
Step 1. Mix 28 ounces of instant rice with 1 cup of kosher salt and 1 cup of sugar.
Step 2 add 21 ounces of soda of your choice and additional flavor of your choice mix well.
Step 3 wait two hours mix again and sit bucket upside down
Step 4 wait a few more hours then rip some lips with it.
