For me the best part of this Christmas special was that Gilbert Gottfried voiced Santa, May he rest in peace.

Fun Fact: Maxwell Atoms was originally planning to include Krampus in the Christmas Special, but decided against it since he resembled Satan, and CN already had a couple 90's shows that had villains that resembled him, specifically HIM from "Powerpuff Girls", and the Red Guy from "Cow and Chicken".
That would’ve been interesting considering _Billy & Mandy_ throughout its run has been known for its Comedy Horror, Dark Humor and Macabre so it would’ve been an interesting inclusion for Billy and Mandy’s Christmas special, but alas c’est la vie.
@@EChacon "Billy and Mandy" was definitely the show where Krampus likely would've appeared, but I'm not complaining, though. The Christmas special we got was one of the best!

For some weird reason Grim in the intro for the Christmas Special kind of felt evil and ominous whereas in the actual special he acts so happy go lucky on wanting to save Christmas. Finally Gilbert Gottfried (Iago) as Santa Claus was one of the most surreal castings in any Christmas animated special, but hey not complaining he sounds amazing in any project he’s in and RIP Gilbert.
Also Jason does a very good impersonation of Grim’s Laugh.
The voice of the Head Vampire, Baron Von Ghoulish is Malcolm McDowell who played Alex in _A Clockwork Orange_ and was the voice of Mad Mod in _Teen Titans_ and although I’m not acquainted with Carol Kane’s work besides Mrs. Claus (The Head Head Vampire) I do remember her as Miracle Max’s (Billy Crystal) wife in _The Princess Bride_ (which I highly recommend you guys watch at some point on the channel) even she played Madame Morrible in the musical _Wicked,_ both in touring and on Broadway from 2005 to 2014.
The fact that Mandy was so skeptical about Santa Claus is strange considering she's friends with the grim reaper and has met the goddess of chaos
Don't forget meeting the boogeyman too
And a lot of monsters and demons including a Wishing Skull.

This is a funny Christmas episode. Mrs. Claus is the head head vampire. Santa is voiced by the late legendary Gilbert Gottfried. He's the best Santa ever. RIP legend

The Baron singing Singing in the Rain is a reference to his actor Malcolm McDowell's famous role in A Clockwork Orange. An incredibly dark movie to reference in a children's show like this.

Gilbert Gottfried was one of the actors who I felt like was gonna be around forever, he was just so omnipresent. I’m still sad that he’s gone.
Since there’s a Head and a Head, Head for the Vampire race, makes you wonder where does Count Dracula rank in it, he’s even been called king at some point.

Good thing they did this special because there is a reference to a character in the special that could of spoiled this episode in the movie. All they need to do is meet one Green character and then they can go guns blazing into the movie.

So is it just me or did anyone else(when you were a kid) thought that grims powers were being limited due to the fact that he was in a contract with two children that gave them power over him? Because we know grim is w multiversal level threat so he shouldn't be beaten by some of the people who defated him in the show.
