I was a senior in High School in Savannah, Ga when I heard this on the Savannah State College radio station. I called the station, and asked the DJ, who sang that tune. The DJ, whose name is Ras Hanif not only told me about Mallory Williams, but he went on to expose me to countless other singers, who might not get there proper recognition. From the Mighty Diamonds, Foundation, Don Carlos. Itals, Twinkle Brothers, Peter Broggs, Brigadier Jerry, Ras Hanif started me on this Roots, Rock, Reggae loving path and I very thankful to him for it.
So he told me yesterday and he told you on the Rock doing some work. Nice, all the best, stay safe. I am posting Irie Dawta, soon. Give thanks for your subscription.

Is it a fact that the leading female in this song was expelled from school for doing this video, seen as risque at the time?
Not sure, if she was expelled but I know there was a controversy, Jay White.
