I'd keep at least 3 of them, 1 of each color way, I don't blame you for wanting to sell one or some of them but those are way too cool for me to personally give any of those up unless it's for a big chunk of change. Personally I like the multicolored Cuban gar the most but that's because I've seen albinos and a couple of yellow/golden gar, doesn't mean they aren't amazing too though
I'm from Louisiana. It's hard to say with so many amazing fish out there but gar will always have a special place in my heart. That Cuban is crazy looking! I would name him after some war chief. It looks like it has war paint on. Maybe Kratos from God of War but he doesn't have a lot of war paint on his face. Idk I just think it looks like war paint on top of the hard head

Pretty sure the white one is a leucistic gar. Leucism -is a condition in which there is partial loss of pigmentation in an animal-which causes white, or patchy coloration of the skin/scales, but not the eyes. . Eyes can be blue or black. Not red like albinos .

Drip acclimating is unnecessary torture. Get them in fresh water ASAP. I have seen rays imported from the Netherlands to Calgary , Alberta via Vancouver and we opened the bags and dumped the water and moved them to freshwater. They acclimated themselves. Same with my Asian Arowana. Drip acclimation is a thing of the past. Sweet fish though and I love your vids.

You’re not worried about putting those beat up gars in your display tanks and possibly introducing infections or parasites? I would be super worried about that one yellow gar with the red getting a secondary bacterial infection
