Clearly Parker was a deliberate plant, he’s worked for C4 before. He specialises in “secret filming” and “rough voices”.
The undercover C4 team didn’t meet him by pure chance using his “rough voice” to make racist comments, this had all the hallmarks of a stitch-up by a desperate establishment.
