How To Make a Hay Feeder With an IBC Tote

We had a tote at the farm that I’d been keeping to fill with molasses, but unfortunately I found it had a hole. So out comes the reciprocating saw, and a little can do attitude. 30 minutes later, I had a hay feeder for the sheep.
