  • Francisco Cornejo Soms grows organic walnuts in Chile. He uses an agroforestry model that doesn't require the use of expensive pesticides, but instead relies on nature. He grazes sheep to control weeds, and grows pollen- and nectar-producing flowers to attract beneficial insects that act as natural enemies for pest control.
A special thanks to Oliver Gardiner & Precious Phiri of Regeneration International for taking this awesome interview at the COP25 climate summit in Madrid!
