My SD Robb from souldoll in sandy brown skin actually looks tan and my new boy Shaun that I ordered in that same October sale you ordered your guy in looks much lighter. It almost looks like they made them all in their milk color they came out with awhile ago. But I still like it...just definitely wasn't what I was expecting when I opened my box. I almost thought they sent me the wrong doll. Haha. But your doll is a cutie. He looks like he could be a Lennox or a Lennon maybe. Can't wait to see what you do with him. He and Dorian look great together!

I know it can be really hard to understand why they are so expensive, but in most/all bjd’s they are handcrafted and a lot of work are put into them, (sculpting the doll etc.) and a lot of expensive good quality materials are put into them, and especially Soul dolls are expensive because they are pretty popular and a ton of detail is put into them. Soul doll is a great company but I would definitely try something cheaper for a first doll, but if you really want a Soul Doll go for it! They are 100% worth it.
