★ For Coleslaw 包菜沙拉食谱 ★
500g Cabbage 包菜
150g Carrot 胡萝卜
150g Lady's Choice Mayonnaise美乃滋
1 tbsp Sugar 白糖
★ For Potato Salad 马铃薯沙拉食谱 ★
3 Potatoes 马铃薯
2 Eggs 鸡蛋
Red Chili 红辣椒
Light Soy Sauce 生抽
＊30g Chopped Garlic 蒜末
＊3 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
Potatoes can be mixed with a proper amount of mayonnaise

◆ Ingredients 蛋糕食材 ◆
100g Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
8g Baking Powder 无铝泡打粉
1 Egg 鸡蛋
50g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
25g Veg Oil 植物油
40g Milk 牛奶
15g Pandan Extract 班兰精华
30g Coconut Milk 椰奶

那时 , 放学后 ; 天天都会骑着脚车，到鄰近的游泳池游半小时的泳 ;
回到家时 , 已过了午餐时间 , 只好自己蒸几个马玲薯, 拌一小碟包菜沙拉 , 配上几片午餐肉 ,
这搭配 , 好吃的紧 , 百吃不厌 ,就是现在 , 如果没时间準備午餐 ,也会用上这一招 ,方便 ,健康又营養 。

Long ago, both salad was the western side dish, but nowadays belong to everyone, you have created a Chinese version potato which I think is unique, as for the coleslaw, though is good but personally i would like carrots with some dried fruit and nuts, maybe one of this day you might come out your own version of it. Love the steam pandan cake too, is easy and hassle free, hope to have more steam cake recipes, thanks you so much Mr. Peter once again.
