my biggest issue was figuring out how exactly wounding worked and this helps alot. I found myself going after parts and wounds when i could have been finishing the boss off with core damage. ty!

@@Animegodis12 core dmg output is based on ur weapon lvl, higher weapon lvl the more power u have and therefore more dmg, after that it's a matter of using the proper build. Cells like predator, overpower, berserk, etc all help u output more dmg, and lastly maxing out your reforges on Axes in the slayers path can give u a bonus 5-10 power as well

Hi,why everyone think that part damage dont count.Old school of thinking.Part damage is EQUAL OR HIGHER as basic damage.You are doing basic damage all time but you can see it only after part is broken.Simple,go to Trainning Ground and just do damage..You will see that your part damage is equal as basic(core) damage.Use part cells,you will see your part damage is maybe 5+% higher as basic damage but you are doing basic damage as normal(not less becouse of part cells).Maybe,will be equal basic damage with or without part cells(with part cells you will be break parts faster and make behemoth weaker and easy to kill).For example,for 100k part damage -that will be ~ 90-95K basic damage,try it and you will see ^^
Correct. When u do Part dmg (yellow dmg) u are also doing Basic Health Dmg (white numbers) at the same time. they just hide the white numbers so that there isn't a million dmg numbers popping up all over the place. the point i was trying to make in the video is that the Part dmg numbers u are seeing isnt an exact 1:1 with the basic dmg. Each part of the behemoth depending on difficulty has a max part dmg threshhold that needs to be hit in order to break that part. those yellow numbers go towards that parts threshhold not the actual Health of the behemoth. Just because u see a big yellow Part Dmg Crit number does not mean the White Invisible Basic dmg number was also a crit. they are two seperate amounts. What would be nice in the future is if they did add some sort of test mode that could turn on the visibility of those White basic dmg numbers on every attack so we could run the math and get a rly detailed depiction of what those true % numbers are. To fully answer your question though lol people shouldnt shy away from doing extra part dmg. not only does it give u more materials for every part broken but like u mentioned the more dmg u do whether it be Part dmg or wound Dmg that is just that much more Basic background dmg that is being done as well. So all Dmg types should be treated equally lol.
@@Glitchiz correct, but 😁... If Your for example special attak(only special) do 10K part(and thats equal 10K basic damae) damage with full damage build, and I use 1 or 2 cells shap.(part damage) and my special attack do 20K (what is ~ 15-18K basic damage). Who will kill behemoth first??? You with 10k basic dmg or me with 15-18k basic dmg(no part dmg). Becouse, if you can make 2-10 times more part dmg as other player, that means you are making more basic damage from other too. You can get big numbers of part dmg only if you have big basic dmg. You know, more basic damage=more part damage ^^. I'll make tommorow video about that. You will see, same build, 1 with +6overpower,another +3overpiwer and +3 sharpen.(part dmg cell) and Im doing same (sometimes even more) basic damage as whitout part break cell. Many are saying, even some top players that part is only break treshold, but if just do semple test, you will see thats not correct
@@bukacYT - oh no i totally agree with you. i personally prefer overpower over sharpened for max dmg output. ur 100% correct that bigger base dmg will give you bigger part dmg hits as well. i only used the +part dmg cells as examples because this is a beginners guide going over the different Dmg "Types" and sharpened and bladestorm are the main cells specifically related to that specific Dmg type. When i drop my in depth Cells Guide ill explain how overall Dmg based cells like Overpower have the potential to do allot more dmg in the right build. Either Way i appreciate your input man. Thanks for the help glitch got stuck on what damage which weapon does. Im usually the type of player that uses what ever does the highest damage at my lvl. So its verniet on what i level first

How do you do more damage?
Reforge axes for bonus power from slayers path, use more offensive cells like predator, berserker, overpower, and get good at dodging. Less u get knocked down the more dmg u do lol lastly the higher ur weapon lvl the higher ur dmg. Lvl 1 weapon will be 100's power less than a lvl 20 weapon

I liked the video, but still have a doubt: why someone would like to inflict wound damage? How this contribute to kill the behemoth or give itens to the team?
More wounds mean more part damage more part damage means a faster break meaning that body part can now take core damage. Warpike for example does wounds with square but slash with Triangle. Using Square enough will make Triangle stronger

that is the Blaze Escalation "Cauterizer" legendary sword from the Torgadoro Boss.
Do you know how to increase stun damage (blue damage)?
For starters the best weapons you will want to use to do stagger dmg are the strikers, or the hammers. (Hammers being the best stagger burst in game imo) second u can boost your Stagger (blue) dmg with cells such as "Knockout King", "Pacifier", and "Weighted Strikes". those three base cells all have effects that boost your stagger damage output based on the status of the behemoth your facing. also any flat attack or "raw" dmg boosting cells like "Predator" and "Dicipline" (more endgame cells) will increase your builds overall Dmg. So if u r using stagger type weapons, by default that will greatly increase your stagger (blue) dmg as well. Hope this helps! :)
I'm new to this game, i just don't understand what is the color things like green, red, orange,... drop when you hit monster, and how to get different color buff drop ??? thanks so much
Those different colored orbs buffs r dropped when using the "cascade" cell. With Cascade every time u activate your Lantern hold ability the cascade cell will generate 4 different random colored buffs that u can pick up. Green, gives health/shields, yellow gives stamina regen, red gives power buff, and @ +6 the purple orb Grant's a temporary invincibility shield

My damage is very low it is from 30 to max 115 ,, and my power is 505 so what should i do ?
Easiest way to get free power is reforge ur axes. That will give u bonus power in the slayers path. And then lastly use more offensive cells. Overpower, bezerker, predator etc..also ur power directly ties to your weapon lvl now. So a lvl 20 maxed weapon lvl will obviously give u ton more power as well

Hey u forgot to show chain blades
i mention the dmg type of chain blades at the beginning of the video but it doesn't rly matter anymore because this video was made over 2 years ago lol and since then chain blades got re-worked and are totally different now. they are more a secondary wounding weapon than a slashing weapon now.
