If your still interested to know yes it does but this being around 84mm it will defeat the purpose of getting a bigger throttle body you can try to bore it out and get a few mm that way or no go with it at all but it does not rub if thats what your wondering
I had a 00 Dakota with a 3.9l mag with a 5sp manual. I put on the exhaust first and noticed the power start to increase at like 3800rps instead of 4 to 4100rpms. But when I put it with an air raid, it dropped to 3,400, then I did put one of these on and it dropped it again down to 3k rpms. Everything worked together to increase and I highly doubt you'd feel anything with this being your only mod. I could "test" it better with a manual because I would put it in 3rd and start at like 2k rpms and floor it, it obviously wouldn't take off, it was rather sluggish. But when brand new you never felt the power kick in until 4k ish. By the time I did all 3, the power was hitting at 3k. I had 3.55 rears and 5th gear sucked in the hills of western PA. But after doing all of this I could finally run at 55mph without shifting so I'd say it was effective. BTW, to show you how high 5th gear was, I could run 4th gear clear up to 118mph. I should have gotten the 3.73s being I used the truck hard. I bought it new, put a water pump on at 110k miles, and ran it hard for 20yrs to 300k miles. It still runs now to a kid that needed a ride for work. I sold it for 700 bucks. Paid 18k for it. Club cab 4wd, bucket seats inthe front and rolld down windows with no power doors. The perfect truck.
The answer is yes. And no. I have a K&N intake myself and bought and installed this spacer. Can't really say anything about torque or horsepower gains, if it does increase them it is not really that noticeable. However, I personally experienced a much improved throttle response and (even though I am an aggressive driver) it does show that my fuel economy has improved. The one x-factor here is the "whistle". Airaid promotes this whistle sound, and even states that's how you can tell it's working, but even after a few months with it installed I am still undecided as to whether I like it or not. I absolutely love the sound that the K&N intake and engine make under open throttle, but with this in the mix i'm still just not sure. I guess I would say that if you are budget-conscious, this is a worthwhile investment. For me personally, if I could go back I think I would spend twice the money and buy the Pedal Commander to increase throttle response, and forego the whistle
I also agree with the Will spiller. I have a ‘14 ram 1500 5.7 with a K&N air intake. ( sounds beautiful, really helps the truck breathe better) and I have a pedal commander for it...best purchase I’ve made by far. Every time I hit sport + I’m smiling😂👍🏽 also a flow master 40 series muffler really makes the hemi sound good for a budget friendly price. I just put on a 2.5 in lift to get rid of rake and next I’m thinking of...fuck honestly Idk 😂rims and wheels probably
It’s only worth it on the 4.7s since it’s harder to find ported throttle bodies but since it’s a 5.7 it’s easier and better to buy a ported throttle body more gains for the money
Imo with the spacer, cai, and catback exhaust i differenatley felt a difference. Now it’s not a race truck but it breathes and runs like a badass, really wakes up the HEMI.
After looking at Airaid's website directly, it looks like this will fit 2019+ new body RAMs! If you purchase it from our site and there is a fitment issue, please reference this comment and we'll be able to get a return going on the house. -Zach
This specific throttle body spacer is only made to fit 09-18 RAM 1500s with the 5.7L V8, I would highly recommend finding a version of this part made for your specific application to ensure the best fitment. -Zach
Eddie Eaves The only Down side of an intake is obviously when it’s 90 plus the truck feels slower than on a cooler day. Don’t get me wrong way better than stock.

This is not a review
What is the screw size
will this work better with a sprint runner or should i just choose one or the other? Or is there no problem with having both?
Is this worth it or what? I have a k&n cold air intake and I was thinking about buying this.

You definitely can! -Zach
