Story 1: My first thought when hearing that OP's grandpa would tell off the parents for their mistreatment was "Grandpa knows what tf's up! He's got Clint Eastwood vibes!". I would've gone the extra mile by telling the parents "For real, Mike's going to put you both in a home at the first chance he gets."

They should be ashamed for even thinking OP should forgive her mother for missing her wedding and showing traumatic amounts of favoritism to her sibling. Story 1 - the dad is just so pathetic and the moms family is so toxic. What part of that plan did they think would workout for them. The brother and mom knew but down played the importance of ops wedding. I question if the dad will actually get a divorce or of he will stay because he is just that pathetic. Story 2 - poor op and their girlfriend is actually crazy. I can bet ex was going to bring that guy into their relationship for a 3way. That he wasn't just me guy. The fact he publicly stepped up to be the dad shows that. Or maybe he didn't know ex was going to leave him. Those people shouldn't raise a child because all they think about is sex.
