I lived in Bermuda for 4 years and loved it, making several trips back to visit. I enjoyed the video, but was glad when you turned from behind the propane truck. Maybe next time, do it on a Sunday morning?
I wish I had some friends who owned seaworthy yachts where we could leave port like 6:00 A.M. and arrive in Bermuda that same night around 10:00 P.M. or 11:00 P.M. if cursing like 80 to 90 knots.
Thanks for the suggestion, but the one currently going in New York is valued at over a billion, and no one yet got the winning ticket. By the way, how long would it take to get to Bermuda from New York leaving port at around 7:00 A.M. on any given day going around 80 MPH? Could you make it 12 to 16 hours?
Well I just saw a video on You Tube of a guy and his 4 man crew making it to Bermuda from New York in 17 hours traveling at 14 knots. I have no idea what that is in typical speed. I would say it's got to be over 70 MPH. Yes, I would appreciate it if you could find out for sure how long it takes by standard boat.
Lacey, do you live in Bermuda? It looks like paradise. I would say its America's east coast version of Hawaii. If I ever get out there I'm not coming back. People who are born there are so lucky. The United States looks like hell compared to being out there.
You're so lucky to have been born in Bermuda. Does that mean you're a Bermuda blood person, just like I'm a white American from New York? It does look like a strict country with everyone living proper lives. I remember that commercial back in the 80's with that old man's voice narrating. It went something like this: Bermuda, a short trip for the perfect holiday.
Please don't fell confuse about my question, Its there's a large middle class Black community in Bermuda...? I just want to know, I'm planning in moving there...
