- Mini balloon garlands are so cute and unique and can add such a pop to your party for so little in cost.
I’ll show you two ways to make mini garlands, I’ll make two of ‘em for ya, and I’ll show you four different ways you can use em (and show you what I’ve done with ‘em before, too!).
This has to be the easiest way to make a balloon garland, and they’re just so darn cute!

If you want to make it look like a smaller version of a regular garland, throw in a few 9s or 11s (like you would with 17s) and BAM! Instant masterpiece!

Soooo thankful for your videos!! Will be doing my first balloon garlands in 2 weeks for my daughters 9th birthday. After watching your videos the plan went from 1 garland around the doorway to now one on the outside table, one on the mantle and above her bedroom door 😳 as a noob I would love to see how to do the mantle and other ways to use balloons. Where the hell do you put a balloon bouquet? Lol I don’t know but I want to find out.

I just discovered your channel when I wanted to make a garland for my daughter’s gender reveal (btw, it’s a boy!!) Now it’s time for the baby shower. The restaurant doesn’t allow anything to be hung on the walls. I would love to know what you recommend to make. We have the gift table, diaper raffle table, dessert table and a welcome sign which is 28” x 22” and will be displayed on a 63” easel stand. I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!!
eeeeek CONGRATS Josephine!!! So exciting! Well, you could do a table topper/table runner (I did one around Thanksgiving there's a video on out of mini balloons), a bouquet (also have a tutorial on that!), or even see if they have a drop ceiling or a ceiling you could attach fishing line to to hang a garland/arch from? Also those giant airloonz are great for floor pieces! Party City has them, so does Bargain Balloons. Best of luck!

Awww thanks so much Pip! The blue ones are from Party City, and the purples are mostly Qualatex with the lightest lavender being Decomex : )

WHAT THE BEST ELECTRIC PUMP FOR 5 inch BALLOONS. I ALWAY HAVE TO USE A HAND PUMP.

My favorite is the one I use (linked in the video description), but any dual nozzle pump works on single-stuffed 5 inch balloons. When you are talking double stuffed, you either have to have one of the expensive professional electric pumps, or use a hand pump. : / I hope to review some of the expensive ones and give feedback on those before long!

this is a great video. I am having a hard time trying to get the balloons connected by tying the necks. I always have such a large gap because I can't get the balloons close enough.

Finally tried my hand at bouquet but I used cheap balloons an they oxidized quickly. Saving to get better quality balloons but I'm comfortable with using 260 instead of the fishing line. Will send progress when I get the balloons. Much thanks for ur videos, keep the educational videos coming.

For these garlands, I honestly used leftover 5" ones that had no matching large balloons, lol. The blue was from Party City, and the purples were mostly Qualatex, I think the lighter lavender was from Decomex.

Hmmmm, sounds like the brands you’re working with 🙈 sorry girl!
Kalisan is like the cheapest high quality brand I know of, hopefully you can get some good ones and see the difference! But honestly I’ve used some cheap ones that were great before. Confetti & Shimmer I think they’re called, they do cheap kits on Amazon and their stuff has been great (for an Amazon kit) IMO.

Hiii do you know why my 5 inch won’t inflate using the pump? I have to use a hand pump for all of these for some reason
Hey there! Not sure which pump you’re using but it’s possible it’s not strong enough? Try stretching the 5 inchers out first. Also, if they’re double stuffed, they will need to be pumped by hand 😩

wow, the truth did not know that you could make such thin garlands hehe, and the truth I have a question and I do not know if you have a tutorial on how to make thicker garlands, since in reality I have the idea but I do not know how to execute it since They asked me for 2 very wide garlands ... 😐😪and by the way, I would like to know your opinion of a turquoise decoration, for my project presentation, with silver, because if I'm honest I bought everything in gold and silver black .. . But I didn't like it, I saw it very serious for what my undertaking would be, so I don't know if the turquoise with silver because with gold if I look at it a little more feminine ... but you will tell me 😅😎🙃
Turquoise and silver sounds lovely! 💯 go for it!!
On a thick garland you can either make larger clusters of like 12 and tie them together so they are more wide than tall, or tie two garlands together to make one super wide one. I may do a video on that before long!
