    Thank I love your teaching style. If you could show more how you attach your minis I'd love to see. Mine tend to not look like they are fitting in, more attached not an actual part of the organic look, and I always have gaps where you can see the string or 260. I'm new to balloons but I'm obsessed 😃 I got into them after my son's 2ed bday a year ago

      Thanks so much Steffanie, I appreciate that! Happy 3rd birthday to your boy, then!
      And I know the feeling! It's such a fun world!
      Great point, and I know what you mean on the minis. It can be easy for them to look bulky rather than blend in. If you haven't seen video 4 of the Balloon Garland Basics series, check that one out first. I also tackle adding minis one by one in my hot air balloon video, that looked fairly natural (they were attached individually, not with 260s or line), but I will try to spend more time on that in an upcoming video! Thanks for the feedback.

      Thanks Valerie! Welcome to the bubbly community and congrats on entering this fun world of balloons!! I would start with cheap ones to work on some basic techniques and when you’ve got a grip on that, maybe do some with professional balloons (there’s quite a difference!), maybe for your portfolio, friends/family parties, stuff like that! My two cents at least ✨ best of luck & comment questions anytime!

    Hi! Quick question… when you 260’d the bottom part to make it look fuller at the base, I see that you wrapped the 260 around other clusters - like crazy! But did you tie the end of the 260 to another neck or anything else or did you just wrap and wrap and wrap until you could no longer wrap? I just don’t want to do it wrong and the bottom cluster fall out! 😂 thank you! Love your videos! I’ve watched so many! Aloha, Malia from Hawaii 🌺

    • @BubblyBalloonCo
      @BubblyBalloonCo  2 роки тому

      Aloha Malia! I personally just wrap the 260 several times until I feel it's secure. I recommend doing whatever makes you feel safest! You might want to tie it in originally or wrap and wrap and wrap lol, for me it's usually like 3-4 wraps? Play with it and you'll get comfortable and find what works for you!

      Hey there! I actually haven't had that issue, no! If you do run into it, you can double tie (last resort) but I'd just make sure they were pulled fairly tight. Literally never had one come untied (aside from popping which is super rare). Hope that helps!

    Hi guys I would like to make a Garland Of Balloons for my wedding . Is it ok to do that on Friday If my wedding is Saturday ? How long the balloons look well ? Thx 🙏

    • @BubblyBalloonCo
      @BubblyBalloonCo  3 роки тому +1

      Hi there! Congratulations on getting married!
      I make garlands in advance all the time! My trick is if I’m using balloons I’ve never used before, inflate a few several days in advance and see how they age over the next day or two to be confident they’ll look good if you inflate one day early!
      When you’re using the nicer brands (Qualatex, Tuftex), the balloons are INSIDE (that’s important!), and they’re tied well, they can last for weeks and even months.
      I have a video coming up soon on how they age and how long they last!
      Hope that helps!

      @@BubblyBalloonCo also could you tell me do you use the same brand balloons inside and outside. Or do you have a special brand only outside ? I am afraid that the sun might destroy the balloons 🎈 🧐

    • @BubblyBalloonCo
      @BubblyBalloonCo  3 роки тому +1

      @@rajstopek1 you're right! the sun will definitely destroy the balloons! I try to use Qualatex and/or Tuftex only outside as they're the best ones I've found so far. That being said, the sun will still destroy them within hours. So balloons should be setup outside as late as possible, and you can use hi-shine to protect them a bit. Also, depending on where you are, it will happen faster/slower. In Florida (where I am from), it happens very quickly! In colder climates, they'll last a bit longer. Experiment with it ahead of time so you know what you can expect! Best of luck!
