2:00 You know it's something when just a plain start of any mission in Medal of Honor: Airborne can be included in this series. And don't fool yourself into thinking "oh it's just a scripted jump". No it's the exact opposite - you can land at any spot of the map. It's quite literally "where we dropping boys?" meets CoD2-style "complete several objectives in any order you like" pseudo-open mission. It's a hell of a game! 👍
for the time that game had the best aiming mechanic. you could aim around cover and even below it.
@@nickfrank4936 Yeah, and to me the fact that you can't move while aiming is even more realistic - irl that's just hard and has little advantage, thus nonsensical to do anyway!
i didnt think the game was that good when i played it bc it felt more like the ps2 shooters i played but on the xbox 360 rather than more like the newer shooters like cod 2

A lot of elements in games are made from movies to recreate the experience. With movies now being more streamlined to make profit, a game could be more of a movie than a movie

These are the worst "movie scene" clips I've ever seen. Some are straight up just cutscenes.
But the real question about the first clip is... there's someone who still play BATTLEFRONT 1?! Where can I find these servers? I only want to play my favourite videogames when I was a child, about my favourite saga🥲...
Look it up on youtube, you have to change some server browser settings and then you can actually find lots of servers. People still play the game (7k in game on steam at the time of writing this comment)
