    Honestly, I'd love to see a short video on the different popcorn recipes you have and utilizing coconut oil. Keep it up, Chef Tom!

    Really glad to see a return to this style of video. These explanations are missing from a lot of other channels so I really like when Tom shares his thoughts on the different uses for various ingredients. Hope to see more in this vein!

    Im pretty good on all my oils, their smoke points, and when/how they are best used.
    My biggest takeaway from this video is how canola oil got its name. You learn something new every day.

    I use flaxseed oil to season my cast iron griddle with and it works great!

    Excellent topic,avocado and extra virgin olive are my go to's and I use grapeseed on my cast iron.

    Love tge idea of using oils to work with different foods. How do you recommend storage of oils? They tend to go rancid well before usage has been completed. Should I refrigerate?

    In high-end tempura restaurants in Japan, they use sesame oil.... Oh boy... the tempura have such a divine taste. Issue of this oil is price, so not found in many places...

    Do not use seed oils. Use fats like butter and tallow
