I would hate to have to listen to those people pleading their cases, although I'm here listening to them, lol. But I don't have to make the judgement. Today had some interesting cases.
I have so much respect for Judge Simpson but they really know how to play him - just turn on the water works. Where’s the responsibility?? I feel bad for some tenants but what about landlords? Why do they always have to suffer? Judge Middleton is by the book, no matter who they are…
The judge is trying to give people a chance to pay. Sometimes people need a break. I’ve seen him evict people as well as let them stay and try to pay. Like Ms. Houston’s case. It’s been a 3-4 week saga, but she was able to find a friend to move her stuff out before July like she promised. There are rotten apples who take advantage of the system, but no one wants to be homeless and most people will do everything they can to keep a roof over their head. I do feel bad for the landlords as well because they cannot always be operating in the red with people owning rent, but unfortunately that is part of the cost of renting to people.
I wish judge would make defendants turn their cameras on
He such a nice man
On section 8
Still in eviction court
🤦🏻♂️
Deadbeats
Many working people are only 3 paychecks away from serious problems if something terrible happens.
Let’s have kids we can’t afford
52 dollars really ..what would she do with 1250.00 pp month

Ms Berkley is having her 'come to Jesus' moment, but it's her 'come to Judge Simpson' moment.

I know, I don't get it. The Landlords finances and bills I guess don't matter.
