This is so great for custom school notebooks! I have so much random loose leaf paper lying around and feel so bad about never using it, but this is perfect! As convenient as the kokuyo refillable notebooks are, I’ve had problems with them opening up in my bag so this is a much better way for me to use it! Thanks!!!!!
this is perfect for my current project! I hate spiral bound notebooks, but all the best planners come with spirals. I also love your editing style, it's very calming to watch you work
BMB- I use a small drill with a 1/8” or 1/16” wood bit to pre-drill holes for stab binding. A couple of binder clamps secure the loose sheets so they don’t slip. Place a scrap of binders board beneath the paper stack to prevent tear out on the bottom paper sheets and use firm gentle pressure to guide the drill bit through. Run it through 2 or 3 times and you’ll get a nice clean stab hole.
I've had loose leaf 3 hole punch laying around for years and I never knew how I should bind it to use it up! Going to try this now. Great tutorial, thank you!
Very nice, thanks for sharing! I've done perfect-bound looseleaf paper a couple of times but I like this as an alternative. I have a big stack of paper leftover from my kids and need to bind some!
Both versions of the notebooks are useful and straightforward. Your scoring before folding is easily forgotten but very useful. I can't get over how sturdy and well made your ruler is! Missed shots of your special guard dog Lucy - hope she is O.K. Very fine video.....
Thank you! This is will be so helpful for all my old drawings done on printer paper. XD I was actually trying to figure out how to make them look better today. They are all currently stored in 6 large 3 ring binders. And they don't look very nice on my shelf. This will be so much better. Thank you once again.
This was such an amazing tutorial! I now know what I can do for end of year gifts for my students. Can't wait to try and please, please keep doing these fabulous tutorials.

Me encantó, gracias
would it be prudent to put sewing stations near each end of the spine, to make the tie-up around the top and bottom of the spine?
thanks you!!!
Little stuck on the corner protectors lol trying to do this with a couple of my loose leaf textbooks🙃
Mam, put some dough that can be hardened on the round corner to make it full and not bended.
Where can I find that lined paper? This is brilliant!
Could all the pages be creased where they open, prior to assembly? That would make it easier to lay open.
Yeah sure!
what if i have 5 holes instead of 4 how do i bind
Look up 5-hole stab binding on google and tutorials will pop up!
@@bittermelonbindery thank u🫶🤗
