Hello potters. ya'll seem to really like my glaze review so i'm doing another one. This time we are reviewing the glaze C-49 Rain forest . Most of my amaco glazes have been ding great. we found a couple great uses for this glaze including seeing how it works on brown clay. I hope this helps all you potters who are glazing at home. good luck on our next art project and i will see you otters next week.

I just bought this glaze and this review made me so excited to use it!
Donte I just watched a video by The Pottery Corner on mixing and layering glazes. She happened to show that layering Snow over Rainforest produces a beautiful sky blue.
I love these reviews they help me so much lol also it would be cool to see some Mayco glazes ~specifically the opals in the midrange line lol~ but very open to any and all
It would be interesting to see you get amaco's mixing clear and mix with at different levels with the different Amaco celadons you have. I also like potter's choice Oatmeal layered on top of other glazes (its a runner). I think that would be an interesting video Oatmeal layered or on dark clay. Nice job on this video. I enjoy your glaze reviews. 😊

I bought these Celadon glaze. Haven’t used them so this review will be so cool and useful.
How about doing celadons with the snow combo’s? It would be nice to know which ones do the best white oil spot effect other than obsidian and rainforest (which most people use). Really enjoy your videos and the podcast. Thanks.

I wonder if the colour shift is because it's a chrome-copper green? I've found that chrome greens hate being watered down, so I wonder if you're just seeing the blue-green copper carbonate in the diluted glaze.

What cone did you fire to? I'm struggling with celedon rainforest and jade. On white claybody and pouring. Still getting a brushy look to them.

Dude, try a couple layers of snow over the rainforest, it creates an oil spots kinda pattern
