This debate was settled decades ago. No person running for political office has any reasonable expectation of privacy, in health, finances, or (cough) extracurricular activities. People running for office are like anyone else applying for a job. If you don't want to divulge what the employer demands, look for another job. We, the citizenry, are the employer.
