Something so satisfying about melting the bullet sponge enemies in this game with the right builds. It keeps me coming back to the Division every winter to try it out again.
MrRugDoctor78 I am playing on PC , But I am serious when I put something together I don't feel like it has given me a better advantage over others... which is what you need to not get murdered in PVP... I am sure it has to do with his rolls on his gear and my rolls are different. I have found that 4 piece Final Measure and 2 Piece Alpha Bridge works great for me. At least I can do solo Challenge missions in the Underground ( Note: that was in the 4th week of the PTS, haven't tried it since the update was officially released) ... Any help you can offer I will gladly take!!!

Absolutly awesome! And after reviewing your gear setup even more so. I was certain you had to have "god roll everything" to achieve that, but your gear is very good and perfectly balanced, but far from god roll. Incredible player skill! The finale when you ran out of med packs and had no heal to activate - that was so intense! That really takes balls...
Critical Link extends its duration when you get kills while it's active, skilled gives you 12% duration + 12% cooldown reduction, and I also think that the signature resources given by the super apply when the skill is on cooldown. TL;DR: Get an m1a with Skilled and you can use your ult freely like this.

bc he has coolheaded on his weapons. each headshot reduces cooldowns by 6%. and he gets his signature skill back so fast bc the skilled weapon talent. it reduces sig cool down by about 15% with each headshot kill
Are you like this good with Incursions too? I hardly every play solo after my char hits 30 so I don't have shit when it comes to solo builds. I just want the jacket and pants from the first two incursions but i can never get a group that's both good enough, strong enough and competent enough to do it. I need serious backup.
Amazing video as always mate but 1 question - Why Savage gloves not Reckless for overall more damage. You could of just switched out the elec mods for crit chance to get what savage gives and maybe get it done quicker. Idk just a thought what was the thought process on the build?
Reckless loses you more health. He's maxed pulse at 40% CHC, plus savage + scope = over the 60% cap +pulse up all the time. His electronics is key to the build as it max's his pulse and his SC dmg resist @ 75%. If he used reckless he'd take more dmg, dealing a bit more dmg overall v savage but would lose his max 75% SC which like armor scales more as you near max. At least that's what I think is his reasoning!
How much health on kill you have in %? Its nice i see now with you, i do also solo heroic and it seems very usefull. coz i run pulse together with smart cover(so dont have overheal. only if i need to destroy suplly's i switch it.
Love the way you used a simple yet highly ignored by most players thing called cover. So many players just run in guns blazing and get downed instantly, you revive them then they do it again!!!
Great job Matte. I'm running max pulse - 40% CHC and 100% CHD (42k skill), SC and a max CHD build with PP19/skilled capable M1A. Cant find a single Sentry's call piece to run your build...rng sucks at times. My SC is maxed (?) at 50% on dmg but can only get to 65% dmg resist as I have minor attributes that increase dmg and duration that I cant rolloff. But my play skill is way down on yours!!! Nice perf mod with skill/SC dmg resistance - did that take a lot of rolls? Perf mods overlooked by Arekkz etc, but great for maxing this type of build.
Andrew Marshall this guy Matte also has ridiculously good aim. I have literally his exact build. everything is identical to a tee and I can't do this stuff. kudos to him.
The Caduceus Can Drop From Every Named NPC Outside The Darkzone, But The Chance Is So Low. So The Fastest Way Seems To Grind Amhersts Apartment On Hard (1 Run = 5 Minutes), My Bro Get One. But Some People Do This 80 Or More Times & Didn't See One :)
I play it solo. Start off at Normal lvl and progress from there. Keep equipping your gear from your caches at the end of each mission so you raise your GS quickly, even if it doesnt match up as a set. Then once you get to GS 228/230 you start to get 268/229 gear.
Underground missions can be very punishing for solo players, especially when you get to the challenging/heroic difficulties. Smart cover is pretty much a must have to be able to survive the lvl 34/35 Elite NPCs, otherwise they will melt you in the matter of seconds. And with noone there to revive you, one missplay or a glitched out smart cover is all it takes to make you have to restart the whole mission. If your happy with doing hard modes and messing around with the mission directives, or really want to try out the new gearsets it might be worth concidering. But at the higher difficulties it is just too risky for a casual solo player looking to gear up. You kinda need to already have the perfect gear to be able to solo it.
how long did it take you to get that mix maxed sentry build. I've been working on a build like yours but I never get the skill attributes to drop right or if they do the rest is always garbage. It's so frustrating
Not really the NPCs have more Health and armor when You Start a Mission with 4 Players plus their a lot more of them. I dont know if there also Deal more dmg. But this is the Last challenge for matte ^^

Falcon Lost Heroic, Underground Heroic, DZ??? I See No Sentry Drop In The DZ For Long Long Time. I Got Mine Perfect 268 Sentry From A DZ Supply Drop, Back In The Days. But All I Got From Supply Drops Today Is Nomad, Final Measure & Alpha Bridge.
Most likely place to find it is Falcon Lost Heroic, or Supply drops in DZ05/06 in the 231+ bracket, Underground Caches, or 4 horsemen farm, mix it up if you're getting bored don't just stick to 1 activity, just run a falcon announce on mic to everyone you need a sentry harness & would swap them anything they need for it.... You've just upped your chances by 3x
Ive got same gear and attributes but i run a 215 mask with dmg to elites and enemy armr dmg.I cant get my hands on a 268 and i dont have max smart cover nor pulse

It's bcs his primary gives him his skills back everytime he hits a headshot it's the cadeceus or something like that

as long as u have 200+ toughness and maxed smart cover u wont really die.... so using reckless instead of savage is better

Looks like numbers of enemy encounter is bit small compare to 4 player party mission. Is it possible to solo play clear with 4 player party mission?
Not really the NPCs have more Health and armor when You Start a Mission with 4 Players plus their a lot more of them.

Double tap the key the skill is bound to, like E E when in cover.
Well double tap key is useless because the first click triggers a different animation and its too late for the second click.

its not self preserved its health on kill (13% from Chest piece and 12% from savage gloves)
savage gloves don't give you health on kill... gives you 14% crit hit chance on enemies out of cover...
