That's right. Capo on 5th fret, play C - Am - Em - G. Though I don't like to use capo on electric guitat, and CAS played in this way live, so I played without capo. Thanks for nice comment.
Been trynna play this master of a piece, but always get the cramps between my thumb and the fingers, anyone know how to lower the cramp pain or it goes with practice?
This is normal if you haven't played barre chords much. I have big muscle between my thumb and index finger. But if you're not a beginner, please check your string height. If it's over 3mm on 12th fret, you need adjust it :)
