As someone who has at least played it and 3, 3 had better/more engaging swinging controls (since it used both the Wii remote and nunchuk for each "hand"), but Web of Shadows had better combat, and the web strike was a fantastic addition. Transitioning from ground, to wall, to aerial combat could be done in such a satisfying way.
I remember playing shattered dimension as a child. I wasn’t good at it, but I remember the jungle scene, and I had such a hard time at it. And now thinking back, I also believe there was some mission where you were in a bank of some sort.. I miss the game, and I can’t find it anymore. But happy I got to play it.
Ironically, only the very first of the 7th gen titles (Spider-Man 3) got a completely different games on the Wii. Every other game is a 1:1 conversion, with just downgraded visuals. And even Amazing Spider-Man 1 was quite a looker for 2012
Sony now have exclusive rights to Spider-man games, that's why. They probably aren't going to let Nintendo have it even if it could be ported, because they are a major rival.

Idk which ones I had but I had 2 games one where you had too play as different spidermans from different dimensions I think and on one of them it was a spiderman detective like person and another game where one of the missions was too chase after an ambulance
@@spideyii I mean, the ports of the spider-man games on the wii are bad, this dosen't mean that the game itself it's bad, because play the games on the wii it's not the best option, this is because the games has bad graphics and bad performance compare to the console versions, and also they have bad controls, because they do not put the option to use any controller except for the wiimotes and the nunchuck, and these controls sucks in games like spider-man 3 or i been spider-man web of shadows, where i was changing of red and black suit everytime, and i din't shake the nunchuck for that, because the sensibility of the controls, soo for me at least it's not the best way to play these games, for example, it's better to play spider-man web of shadows on ps3, xbox360, or i been better, play it on the pc, instead to play it on the wii, i know i know, the wii has unlockable and exclusive suits, but that's all, the game on the wii sucks for me, soo i say that the only good game it's spider-man friend or foe.

But for what I remember it really looked good, however memories of childhood can be really strange. Recently I bought Spider Man Web of Shadows for Wii since I wanted to have a legal version of the game, but the xbox 360 version is expensive as hell, so I chose the Wii version. Definitely Web Of Shadows didn't look as good as I remember lol, still really good to play though, so the same thing might aply to Shattered Dimensions. Maybe someday I will buy it, and when I do I'm gonna come back and tell u how it looks.
The only good Spider-Man games on Wii is 3, Friend or Foe and Web of Shadows as they have polished graphics with the same features as other consoles while everything else are inferior compared to other ports on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Spider-Man games generally got worse and worse for the Wii over time after Scattered Dimensions because of Activision's dumb greed and rushed laziness.
Web of Shadows was a really great port, it's a shame that the PS2 version wasn't like the Wii one, if they could make it with Wii, they could make it with PS2 too. And Spider Man 3 is a bad game naturally (at least in my opinion) so there wasn't much room to improve in a port lol (even though to me the PS2/Wii versions are better than the PS3/XBOX 360). Shattered Dimensions was really good as well, someday I gotta buy it for Wii to test if it was really good or if it is just nostalgic memories
