Wait what’s going on? Lamech made a speech for his wives. When did god jump in this speech for lamechs wives? Was it like a drunk party toast? Oh he was talking to his wives but then god jumped in.

Whoever this priest is, I REALLY like the tenor [from the Latin tenere which means "to hold to a course"] of your voice, which is strong and masculine, easy on the ears and direct to the heart. You are a good communicator.
Another priest on this channel has an effeminate sing-song voice that sounds altogether pretentious. No matter what he says it is very difficult to listen to for his deliverance is more like a performance. It provokes an immediate grimace. 🤮

apparently you are taken by the messenger... not the message.....flattering anyone boasts their ego... and priests do not need this...ever... none really do.
Agreed. This priest makes me respect hard and uncomfortable truths he speaks, whereas that other one you mentioned makes me embarrassed and cringe when he says things that I completely agree with. Ultimately, the message is what’s important, but delivery is not merely arbitrary and unimportant. The other priest who I’m sure is wonderful could just speak in a more direct and straightforward cadence and not put so much air in his voice.
What needs to be clear, do not enable evil. Do not extend forgiveness to the unrepentant.
Remember...when you look at someone unrepentat: "There go I, but by the Grace of God" Forgiveness doesn't mean sparing someone from consequences. Justice must be served. You simply refuse with forgiveness to return evil with evil and hence open the door for your healing and that person's. Forgiveness is not acceptance of sin.
@@MaryMost Personal forgiveness is to square the enmity between people. It will embolden the sinner if you stand idly by and say I forgive you.
You damn them if you enable their sins rather that stop and point out their errors. We have an obligation to other souls.
I see too many Christians abusing the forgiveness mindset and leading to endorement of sin.

The Lord said NOTHING about deserving or meriting forgiveness.
However, to your point, the person cannot RECEIVE forgiveness unless he repents.
Withholding outward forgiveness towards an unrepentant person who has sinned against you is prudent, if granting forgiveness will perpetuate their behavior and cause harm to their soul. But, we must forgive them inwardly, as our Lord demands us to.
