Very glad to see you comply with the receptionist in the first office. As an RN, I can tell you there ARE areas we do NOT want you in. Not because we want to boss you around but because our work is of a very sensitive and private nature. Having said that, the clinic, recently renovated, failed to place adequate signage/barriers to keep out those who need not be there. Seeing as this is a facility funded by tax dollars, they have an EXTRA duty to protect patients from peering eyes. We try to provide as much privacy to our patients as possible. For example, we structure our facilities to reduce the likelihood of people like you being able to see the backside of a split gown displaying butt cheeks. Which that could have happened when you entered that space. Down that hallway were doors on either side to open into exam rooms. Since this is the 'inner sanctum' there will likely be no signage and should you decide to open one of those doors at the wrong time, uhm during a prostate exam maybe...or pap smear... especially with a camera in hand, it will make for an experience none of you will forget. Depending on the patient, he or she might even try to sue for HIPAA violation and will likely win. As we say, the onus is on the medical staff to make CERTAIN they hold up their end. This facility did not do that, no signage or barrier to the sensitive areas. It DOES occur to me that government would take advantage of the protection of HIPAA laws by moving some of their more sensitive corruption schemes to offices protected by HIPAA. We have seen the degree to which hospital personnel will push the HIPAA law in protecting their patients. They are like pit bulls which would be good for government secrecy. By the way, they are PATIENTS...not clients. This is just another word government pushes to sever the idea that patients are anything more than business commodities, being shuffled between every service. Must see primary doctor and pay him so that he will in turn make referral to another doctor you must also pay. We are pieces of meat, and they are parasites passing us from one to another. Indeed, healthcare is as corrupt as law enforcement because the government has their finger in that pie too and regulates it with their POLICIES. Forget law...POLICY is law now. Speaking of policy, I think it is pretty clear it is their policy to go ahead and break the law by violating a citizen's rights via unlawful trespass because they are working it out how to set a series of precedents that will undo law so that if anyone wants you trespassed for any reason, cops will be legally allowed to enforce the feelings of the party wanting the trespass and any legal fall out will prevail upon that same party. This lets you know that YOU are the boss and we cannot FORCE you to do anything. A cop that wants me to draw blood for DUI evidence from an unwilling suspect will get a FLAT NO from me. When you are under my care, I know that you have a RIGHT against self-incrimination. I also know I have a responsibility as an advocate and oath keeper to act in the best interest of the individual. In other words, like it or not, the individual is human being above all else, including being a suspect. I am a rare earth being in that I REFUSE to give them power to make me break my oath. I have refused to perform a blood draw...in spite of a warrant. Just as I cannot make a person submit to a needle, they cannot make me submit to performing an immoral and unethical action. Bring on the lawsuit, baby....in upholding MY oath, you cannot touch me. Keep swingin' Zach, until you knock something down...Thanks for you service to we the people.

Officer Salazar kept saying the they are allowed to trespass people if the workers want you trespassed. And it's the police that will enforce that. He is totally misinformed and thinking private, not public. You should talk to his supervisor and make sure he knows and can educate Salazar.
