I like your enthusiasm. Darts is pretty much all I think about and how to get better. My fiancé says she sometimes wishes that she was a dart board how much I love my darts 🤣 My dad was supposedly up there with the greats and often compared to Phil Taylor in terms of ability but he passed away when I was 7 years old and I am now 35. I guess the game helps me feel close to the dad I never got to know as an adult man. Keep going and keep posting I found your video to be quiet helpful man so thank you and keep doing what your doing my dart comrades 👍🏻
Great routine, thanks for sharing this... I was reading a John Lowe book the other day and one of his tips addresses something most of us do as darts players... We say to ourselves when we throw a bad dart "Oh that was terrible" or similar... Try to replace that negative self-talk with only positive or neutral self-talk, because a) you won't feel so bad when you have a bad dart or bad walk to the board and b) You'll begin positive re-enforcement to yourself and your throw... I say to myself "Oh that felt good" or "I threw that well" if it hit the board nicely but just went astray, or I'll say "Arm straight and push" so I gently remind my body what I want to do, but it's not negative... It's hard to do but give it a try, great channel and tips 🙂

Just wanted to say thanks for your comments on the mental aspect of the game. In one of your videos you mentioned shooting “through” the target when aiming and when I woke up today I implemented that mental note into my release. @@jamesgalangrafanan6398 Assalamu'alaikum! Thats wonderful James. You know Darts in the real world is not based on luck because you have to develop a touch and become familiar with how the darts fly. With GamePigeon darts, you swipe the screen and you have no idea how hard the dart will fly because you don't have any reference point in terms of how the gravity will effect the dart and the ark it follows. There is absolutely no form involved in throwing the dart. therefore, it is much more based on luck compared to a 8ball. I must admit that real pool requires more skill but the GamePigeon version still requires much more than GamePigeon darts. You have to actually predict the path the balls will take. Also, if you add an alternate spin to the ball, it adds a whole another dimension to the game. There is also measurable force that you can hit the ball with by considering the amount of pullback that you put on the queue. In conclusion, the GamePigeon version of darts takes much less skill than GamePigeon 8ball and there is a larger opportunity for there to be a skill gap between players when playing 8ball.

We don't have Steel Tip boards locally. Bars don't have them here. I do play but only at home.
its interesting how big your T, D and bull are on that board. Nice video :)
What is your opinion on throwing weight. Especially given this technique of practice. I have multiple sets of Darts at least five all of different weight. When playing I start out with my heaviest in progress to my lightest am I making a mistake?
Find one weight and stick with it.
Hi, where can I buy/Find the magnetic dartboard that you use? Thanks a lot
Check description.
There isn't the magnetic dartboard in description 😅 could you give it to me? Thanks
@@nicolaciliegi1206 I don't use a magnetic dartboard.
I recently bought a cheap softtip dartboard, i realy like it but the darts bounce a lot.
Your board doesn't have that problem, wich board is it?
This is the Granboard3s... link in the description on all my boards and equipment.
What kind (brand) of board is that you have, the ones I've had before, the darts fall out to much, that's why I went to steel darts, thanks for your time

Love your videos, I have noticed in previous videos you mentioned to follow through the board with the dart. Here it looks like you're flicking the dart! I guess in time you have changed your way of throwing?
You are correct
What dartboard is this you are using in this video?
Granboard.
Does it matter if the darts are different weights
Absolutely
What kind of dart board is that?

Thank you for this Routine. I started with dart and iam searching for nice training routines. Now I have a question. Can I use 7 Darts with the same weight but with different Barrels, because I don't want to spend so much money an buy 7 times the same Darts. Or should I do this routine only with 3 darts ?
Thank you
3 darts is fine … and Darts are fairly inexpensive when compared to other sports hobbies. Treat yourself!
GREAT doubles battle we just had! -tinman
Sometimes it’s not about winning … it’s about practice … so today I was just trying to play my doubles with no intention on winning. I appreciate you playing along.
@@IronmanDarts I love doubles. I play only doubles pretty often. If you ever feel like practicing again challenge me, I'll give you some DI/Do split bull reps as well.
Great video.
Would you say it's necessary to use 7 darts for these drills, or would it still work when going back to the board every 3 darts?
You don’t need 7 darts. In fact now, I only use 6 👍
I have injury on my upper fore arm after i throw some darts is this normal for the begginers like me?
I wouldn’t think so.
Good routine. Strange dartboard. Is there a reason you use this type?
Are you new to darts? This is a Soft Tip board.
love this video
Thank you.
should i sharpen my darts if they don't stick or get dull???
No, tips are cheap. Just get new one :-)
Great video. Are you aiming with you eye? Or how do you aim?
Eye and dart.
@IronmanDarts have you a Excel training plans (time per day, different training etc..) ? I think is a good idea 🎯😁
I don’t… it’s all in my head.
Loved the video! can you make a comparison video of boards? currently i only have a normal steel board, and i would love to know your opinion on durability and preference on which board to buy
I only have one steel tip and one soft tip board that I used daily. I'm not sure I have enough examples to provide a fair analysis of different boards. Does that make sense?
My game has fallen off so bad lately.... Nice routine. I'm going to give it a try.
Excellent!
Hey. Great video. What kinda dart board is this? What is it made out of? Why does it sound like its made of plastic? Im a newbie and just genuinely curious.
Soft Tip… see links in description Thx
@@IronmanDarts Thank you so much kind sir.
What’s the average weight should I be throwing for plastic tips.
17-21 grams
What darts do you do
Use
SHOT Darts .... link in description
Any tips for shorter players?
Tips? How short? Throwing THROUGH the number is a good start.... extending the arm when you throw.
What’s your board / darts combo? I’ve got a Gran board and my darts don’t stick like that
All my darts and supplies in description 👍
Great video.

Everyone in the gym: "what's that dude doing?"
Ok
@@IronmanDarts that's weird... that was to a video I was watching before yours. This video is also a great warmup too though
Nice routine. 👍🏼
Glad you liked it!!
