Thanks for your comment. This walk was filmed on a weekday before midday. Regarding your statement, there is no child abuse happening. The child wanted to go inside the buggy, then they decided to go out of it and the lady wanted the child inside the buggy. The man in the background was just walking very slowly and did not pay attention to the lady. I hope that this helps you understand the whole situation.
