- Ever seen a person’s cosmetic and assumed something about how they play? Well, you’re not alone. In fact, most hats, weapons, or other cosmetics in TF2 hold a certain stereotype. This series of videos aims to go over some of the most well-known misc stereotypes in TF2.
Please keep in mind that I’m not saying that anyone who uses a certain misc is a certain type of person. These videos are made while under mind control. Sorry if I hurt your feelings or something.
This episode goes over the Miscs for Medic. This is also the section where I'd put a witty joke about dispensers, but nobody reads this far so who cares.

I like using the Heat of Winter because I want to dress up as the Medic from Winglet’s Live and Let Spy. God, that SFM is so goddamn good.

I mean, I have both the Heat of Winter and the helmet, but then I add in the Brush of Death to make the medic look like some kind of war vet. Gotta say it's my favourite medic loadout.

As a medic/healer I can tell you that we are very wholesome when we first start in the match/night of playing but if things start going wrong then we get very unwholesome.

I've actually found that for the Blighted Beak Medics, there's 2 types of them. Either one, the pocket medic that everyone hates, or two, a new player that's looking for a nice looking cosmetic for medic/likes the plague doctor aesthetic. Personally i'm more of a tie between them, 'cause I pocket the closest heavy when there's nobody else to heal.

I'm a newer, Medic main, f2p player, but instead of getting yelled at, or holding my team back, me and a heavy DESTORYED the enemy team.
So, we were playing pay-load, I have the default skin. I connected my beam with a heavy, and stayed with him the whole round, so I would heal him and uber-charge him, and he'd give me sandwiches when I was low. We were on red, and the enemies couldn't even leave spawn how much we were beating them, then we won.
Next round, we were blu. And me and that heavy pushed all the way to the enemy spawn while the rest of our team was pushing the cart, and same from last round, they couldn't leave spawn. Once we won, the heavy said in chat "you're amazing doc! :D" and I felt pretty good, then next round he left.
Thank you (I forgot their name) for boosting my confidence, you're the amazing one :D
Side note: when people asked, I broke off of the heavy and heal them for a sec, then go back to the heavy after their full health.

I can back this claim. I couldn’t avoid snipers to save my life but ever since I sold mine for another misc I survive longer.
i used to use the ballistics vest as "sniper bait". I'd wear it, charge in, and see if i got sniped. if i did, i'd initiate "distracting jerkass mode" and run around while charging myself :P

I am that outlier. I never actually had a problem with it. Mainly because I didn't blatantly stand in a snipers sight alignment like an idiot.
I use the blighted beak and it's pretty well with the earpuffs hat where you can choose boston style and get rid of the earmuffs.

I wore the Heat of Winter and then Wintermantel just because I wear pyjama sets on every class and the idea of me being an ultra tryhard deranged medic sounds like a Shakespearean tragic artpiece waiting to happen in which my silly innocent soul is eventually lost as I play more and more

Medic is funny as a character because he’s just like me when I’m playing a healer in any game. I do it because I like deciding who lives or dies.

I do play with the blighted beak and the grimm hatte, but I do have game sense, I’m actually a pretty good medic.

The last time a support class _wanted_ to help his team was when I accidentally did it back in 2013.
I always try to help as Medic! Except uh....I'm kinda bad at him. Soooo...oof.
