Fabulous 🌟💜
This is such a wonderful project!
I have Phi tiles, but recently ordered some custom paper that looks almost like woven fabric. When I got to the pencil shading, I realized the paper will not hold up to any tortillion. So I’m just using my charcoal pencil very gently.
Thank you for sharing!
Annie, you explain perfectly for my understanding. 💓 This type of drawing is enhancing my stay in a nursing home. Thank you very much!
Wonderful! I am well aware of the benefits of Zentangle. Keep joining me. Many more enjoyable tangles to come!
I am disabled and had to create a new life for myself. So glad to find Annie. Art has saved my life and my sanity.
Wow! Flux is one of my absolute favourites, but what you have done with it is so so beautiful! You've given it so much life a movement.
I love the simplicity of this tangle for me a beginner but how intricate it appears. Thanks for sharing.
You sure make it fun to watch and certainly our ability to understand using your soft voice for directions. Thank you again, Annie!
Thanks, again Maeve!
Yes, the voice makes a difference! There are some instructors out there (for various arts) that I can't listen to for any extended length of time.
What insight you've given me! Flux is something I've never mastered and your way with it is amazing. Not linear... meandering and free flowing even on a branch. I can't wait to try it! Thank you ❤️
That's great to hear. I love Flux so much and it can be challenging. Do share your results on my student FB page. We all love seeing what everyone does.
I am so glad I found you 😃
I am definitely going to keep learning from you , your videos and explanations are great , could you let me know where else could I look for more botanicals desings .
Thank you
Marcela
I love watching you tangle. I have been free motion quilting this design for years and it always looks beautiful. Never did the petals or pebbles on branches. I’m going to try this design in one of my quilting projects. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise and your talents with us. So much fun and you can get so creative with these designs.
Thanks for your positive feedback. Just want everyone to feel good about themselves when creating!
Things I have been doing for years and had no idea it was an actual "thing" Love it!
So true - that's how much of the Zentangles are. Similar to doodles we did in the past. But the method is new!
You are an awesome instructor! So glad I've found you! And you have beautiful, detailed zentangles, even for beginners. Awesome.
Replying to myself: I am also going to zentangle on square paper and then make origami with it. The trick is finding origami designs that can lay flat in a card and then be "fluffed" back up by the receiver. Wish me luck! 😀 (Good luck, karenm!)
I've also tangled on larger paper with color inks to use as gift wrap!! You can make one nice piece and make copies for future use. ;-) Oooooo, just had an idea to get a large roll of brown paper to do colored tangles on for gift wrap!
That makes me so happy! Thanks for letting me know.
Sounds like a great idea. I've also tangled gift wrap.
Simple and so effective, I love it! Very impressive with the border. Thank you very much. Blessing.❤
You are so welcome! Glad you like it.
I loved this design the moment I saw it! thank you sharing your wonderful talent with us!
You are so welcome! Thanks for your comment.
What an amazing tutorial! I just recreated this design for a card that I'm going to send to my grandmother!
Wonderful. It's so great to use these beautiful tangles to gift people with cards, etc. Thanks.
Fantastic!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful art!!
Glad you liked it!
Absolutely gorgeous!! I’m loving trying all of your tangles!
Yay!
So like flux! Love this tangle. Thank you for sharing 💓
You are so welcome! I agree that Flux is such a great tangle - both styles.
Annie, you are such a great teacher and I love learning from you because you explain everything in an easy to understand language. I had fun creating this with you and keep learning lots from you. Thank you 💓
You are so welcome!
Thank you Annie for yet another wonderful tangle! I love your teaching style and creativity! I appreciate you so much!🤗❤
You are so welcome! And I appreciate your kind words so much. Makes this all worthwhile!
thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous ideas x
Glad you like them!
And beautimous!
Thanks for showing the whole process for the artwork and it looks exactly like the tile picture featured.
Thanks, Chen. I'll be mindful of that in the future, to show the demo as the featured tile.
Thanks very much
Looks fabulous.
Thanks so much, Andrew!

Amazing and calming
Glad you think so!
Le zentangle me fait beaucoup de bien très beau magnifique 😍
Not sure what that means but I do get the "magnifique" part. Thank you!
Very very beautiful 🙏
So glad you like this! Thank you.
Thank you so much! I love to watch left handed tangles because your hand is not in the way!
Thanks. Actually, I had to teach myself NOT to cover up my work! Glad you think I got it.
Hi from Art by me .we are wet 19C here in Sydney very strange weather we are mid, late summer.
Oh wow!
Curious, are Zentangles copywriter protected? I don't intend to sell but like I said, just curious. I love the crisp look of black ink on white paper but I usually put a splash of watercolor in the finished piece. i.e. all the flux of a certain size.
Hi Patty, thoughtful of you to ask. The tangle patterns themselves are not copywriter protected. But the particular designs by others using them are. You are welcome, for example, to copy my designs for use for yourself (also to make gifts, etc.) but not to sell. That goes for all things you see on line.
It's easy to change the pattern a bit and then it's not copyright
👍👍👍💕💕💕🇩🇰
Thanks again, Karen. Keep tangling with me.
Fabulous 🌟💜
