More lovely dresses but I do wish M&S would get their stock numbers on point so every time I see a nice one on Eye in the Store and try to order it, I nearly always get an Out if Stock response.
My last dress buy from M& S was a disaster. The material creased and stretched as soon as l put it on. 😢Arriving at the venue it looked like l had slept in it. I vowed never to buy a dress from there again. In their lingerie and night wear it’s a different experience. A really good quality and the price is comparable. They do seem to be out of date with today’s fashion. Which is hilarious of me to say at 72. The only things l buy and it’s always on line are pjs lingerie and cord jeans. The staff in the shops do look down on you if your not in there target area. When I asked for help with bra sizing well, next time ai will ask for the lottery numbers. They might offer you better help and interest
In terms of the staffs based on my experience, I have had some unpleasant experience and more pleasant experiences. Sometimes it the little helps that matters.

They used to sell better quality clothes and more stylish, can't stand those floral shapeless garmets, so aging.
Why doesn't anyone ever do the bags they have some nice bags at the moment
