Just like to thank you for this video. There are so many new guys that don't know what Power Over Time (POT) or instant power is. I can understand that,but I had to teach a CR lvl 95 what POT was and how it works.
Also I would like to add that POT last for five ticks. If you use your POT move again exactly at the 4th or 5th tick, then you and your group will receive a double tick. This is a little advanced but a very helpful tool. Figured I share the info with new guys in order to help future gens.
As a healer, I need a solid controller or 2 during the 8 man raid tough bosses to keep healing. My Arbiter of Destiny stance can only last so long, otherwise I lose power fast.

I was on an alert and my team was telling me to give them power but I didn't really know how.

I noticed that Gadgets was left out completely. Great guide, though I figured most of this on my own, but I did learn a few things at least!
Mental controllzzz rule..just juggle adds, if they actually fall pot then insta while watching the groups power
