Not sure if you will see this comment or not but can you do a video Styling pieces found at Walmart and Target. I know everyone craps on Walmart clothing but not everyone can afford to shop only at the mall.
While I am blessed enough to be able to shop at high end retailers I remember a time when I was in my teens when my family didn’t have the funds to shop solely at the mall, and I had to get some of my clothing at Walmart and being plus size that was a nightmare. I couldn’t find anything and had no UA-cam videos to reference. So could you please do a video for the women who may not have the money but still want to look nice.

I suggested those stores because almost everyone has a Walmart or Target in their area. I know if people go in there with an open mind nice pieces can be found and styled. It’s all about mixing and matching high end with not high end. I saw Zabrena do it on her channel. While she isn’t plus size and doesn’t do fashion she was able to find some nice pieces. So I would love to see If Sarah can put together a couple of outfits found at Walmart.
I work at Walmart and I think a video for them would be rather inconsistent. Every single Walmart in the tri county and tri state areas that I ever go in, including my own store, have completely different pieces. And the website is similar to Amazon in that we have a lot of third party sellers. So what she finds won't necessarily be what you or I can find.

I can afford to shop at the mall and my favorite place to get a deal is still Wal-Mart! I routinely cheap out on clothes so I get a lot of pieces from Walmart. I can't justify paying a lot of money for things of similar or slightly less quality that I can get at Walmart.

Love all the pieces you picked out! I had the same issues with Express a while ago. At my local Express, I was told they only carry a large in store and 12 in pants. The girl at my store was really great and actually helped me find literally the only two pairs of 14s in the store. 😳😳😳 So crazy that stores do that!

Ive been super sick the past few days, fever over 100 and Im trying not to cry while typing this, but your videos make me feel so much better. Express is unpleasant af to shop at. Their employees seem to almost always be kind of cold and judgy. Doesn't matter if you're plus size, straight size, whatever. I'm a straight size wearing gal and despite liking the clothing styles, I won't shop there because they're overpriced and they act so damn uppity.
Like sorry, don't care how expensive your clothes are or what kind of aesthetic your store is trying to go for, don't need ya attitude
Edit: thinking about it a bit more, there was actually a particular event that made me stop shopping there, and that was when I went in there with an obese relative and they treated him like absolute dogshit. Not here for that shit, and the fact that you experienced coldness in the store you went to tells me it's the company and not the particular store. Pretty disgusting. It's 2018, let's stop excluding people based on weight, race, etc.
It could probably just be the specific store you go to. I work at an express and if we aren’t engaging, helping, and checking up on customers we would get in trouble.

Same vibe here when visit store. Had two former coworkers that would go there all the time(well looking skinny ladies) they love shopping there and talked about it at work and always made me feel like Express had nothing for me... glad to know there are a very selected items for me.
Express does have great coupons and a lot of time is 40% off. Never pay full price! I love their sweaters they're always so cute!

I love your hauls, Sarah! I went right online and bought a ton from your American Eagle/Aerie haul from a while back! I got a pair the super stretchy black *_and_* the distressed jeans, the bodysuit, the knit fair isle leggings (or sweats?) the pink sweatshirt, the plaid flannel ruffled tunic and gauzy smocked top with the attached cami and I gotta tell you that I freakin' love all of them! Soooo cute and comfy! Thanks, gurl!!!

Yes, they are pretty high priced but they have some pretty good sale racks. They have some stuff that is super tiny and other things that are super oversized....love some of the things I have from there.
I’m a plus size girl. Size 20/22. I used to work at Express and honestly them not having plus plus size clothes is one of the reasons I left. In store we went up to a size 12 in jeans and XL in shirts (which YES are hard to find there). Me being plus size the straight size XL even looks so small.. I bought one piece of clothing in the 5 months I was there (one size fits all). I couldn’t deal anymore. Glad you found some things to work for you gorgeous! ❤️much love!

My mom had a bad experience at express even though she loves the clothes. One day she went in on one of her “bumming” days (wearing sweatpants, hair up, no makeup) and she had me with her when I was still in a stroller. She told me the workers in the store gave her cold looks and they didn’t welcome her or if she needed help. A few weeks later, she went in after work and she was dressed in dress pants, heels, and a blouse. She told me the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful that day... maybe a coincidence but hmmmm🤔

You should do a try on haul of shein or Romwe . I’m pretty sure at least one of them has plus size
Shein now has actual plus size. However, before they did if you followed the measurements they gave for the clothing you could find pieces that fit in the “regular”sizes if you were up to about a 22.

I tried buying some American Eagle jeans online. They looked cute but when I tried them on/ received in the mail, I noticed the quality. Horrible. So thin and they just felt cheap.
Definitely prefer Express over AE.

Boston Princess i agree express is my favorite place! Ive had the best customer service there actually. Sad to hear she didnt experience the same. AE used to be my jam in 08 but quality has changed (CHEAP AF) and i apparently am not the ideal body shape anymore lol.

I have a pair of leggings from here in a size large that has lasted forever. I am a 16/18 as well. It’s really good quality. I do have XLs in my store, but I don’t usually go in there and would only consider buying on clearance. I agree that they are very snobby in there, like they are some exclusive store. It ain’t ok.

I've worked at express for four years.. we go up to a size 12 in store as well as a L ... there are a fair amount of returns we receive for larger sizes though. So it's more of a luck/timing sort of thing .. jeans are for sure some of the best I've owned

I’ve seen a few good Amazon winter coat or cute dress try ons. I’d love to see your take on something like that. Definitely wouldn’t be as bad as the wish app try on. And most of us get items off of Amazon just not clothes.
