what is the link of the form, does it contain there website?

Can this do internal predefined calculations based on user inputs? Example: If I need it to generate an estimate for me (which I know I have to build), can I have entries for my staff to select and have it auto calculate those numbers? And even more so, can it do complex calculations, like IF/AND/OR logic test?
Yes, JotForm can perform calculations within the form itself. I'm not so sure about if/and/or logic. But you may want to check out their website for more details.

All I want to do is send the form to a potential new client so they can answer the questions and e-mail it back to me. Do I have to have a website to do this? Is there a way to create the form and have it exist by itself?
