I want to create a form that I can fill out with attendance information. I want to send this form to various parents. I want to enter customized information for each parent. I want to receive a notification confirming they have received the notification. I want to be able to keep a record of the notifications sent/received like a spreadsheet. The email notification will be sent to you, and the autoresponder will be sent to the submitter after the form is submitted. We are at least missing more than half of the submissions. We need your immediate action on this issue. We have integrations with Discord through Zapier so it would need Zapier account to connect Jotform with Discord. This integration will allow you to send form submissions to Discord and post channel messages for each new form submissions.
