Well doing skits like this. That focus on other things besides being funny. This wasn’t funny. She wasn’t trying to be funny. Trying to show off her singing. Which was just mainly weird. How is this funny.
That first note slayed me. Like most of the comments here, I think she has a great voice but she also has that comedic ability to make it sound and look ridiculous at the same time. I think part of it is the faces she pulls through out the sketch.
I was thinking the same thing. I'm debating whether the singing is actually that ridiculous though.. I think it's more the context: when a character in a play or musical does this sort of singing soliloquy (there's probably an actual term for this), you never see all of these vocal flourishes (I'm sure there's an actual term for that too). Like, if you changed the words but had the same exact tune/vocal effects, I feel like this could easily be a professional pop song. (Though maybe a bit subdued/slow for one.)
The humour comes in the juxtaposition. Going from a high pitched innocent voice to leading with such low notes comes out of nowhere. Once you hear her full range it becomes impressive on top of unexpected.
@emilybarker3240 Streeter Seidell tweeted that he and Mikey wrote this with Chloe. A lot of the writer's will post on social media about the sketches they've written. Not all the time, but often enough.

Then everything gets better and better - Timothee's reactions to her, Mikey as her creepy boyfriend, and the ending.
