Hi Andrea, I really enjoy your channel. I'm retired now, however I keep very busy getting new ideas on homemaking, and you have a gift of encouragement. I love to see a young Godly mother who has embraced motherhood in such a positive and healthy way. Your home is beautiful and your children are very blessed to have you for their mother. God bless you and your family!
Your sweet gentle voice makes watching your videos so much more special, you have a calming effect and I bet your home is so peaceful, unlike watching a younger hyper goofy UA-camr wanting to imitate you which grates on my nerves. Your husband and children are so blessed to have you and you have a lovely home.
This is just so comforting and encouraging. I am a grandmother and longtime homemaker but you continue to inspire and encourage me to try new things. God bless you.
You know, the more i see your blue stove, the more i absolutely adore it!! Such an unexpected pop of colour but totally fits the cottage vibe of you home 💙💙💙
A favorite childhood memory was coming home from school to freshly baked bread, still warm with butter melting into it, as my snack. My mom always felt using the oven on the really cold days helped the furnace not have to struggle as much to keep the house warm. I try to do the same when we’re in a deep cold snap because my old house is a little drafty. Perhaps if you raise the lantern a bit you’ll be happier with how it fits the spot? It’s always tough for me to envision new items in place in my home so I hate to make the decisions. 😊
I'm from Wisc.and I actually love this time of year and it's when I organize and get everything cozy in my home.I can plan for what I do want to do for summer.❤
Andrea that was such a relaxing video. I just wanted to be there in your home, enjoying a cup of tea and man oh man that sourdough bread looked so delicious! I love your home and everything you do. Thanks for all the inspo!
So, so happy to see you incorporating real plants rather than the many faux stems you used in the past. Nurturing and growing something brings life into a dreary winter. Also, I agree the lantern over the sink is too heavy. Perhaps go for something smaller.
Another lovely video. Your winter touches are so uplifting. Your hair looks beautiful. I am 71, and my momma use to roll my hair on old strips of cloth when I was in elementary school. She told me that is how she rolled her hair in junior high and high school. This brought back sweet memories. As for that lantern…it really is big, or maybe it’s just me. It’s beautiful, just not in that spot. Have a blessed weekend, stay warm. 😊❤😊🙏🥶❄️🥶❄️
Yes! I think as you do, the lantern looks a little too much. But at the end of the day you will know what feels comfortable with you. Forgive me but can you tell what the name of your pots and pans are and what is your honest opinion of them. What ever you put together in your lovely home is my style. I also started the new year with a calming and intentional living, which helps put my day in the right direction with happiness and peace. I journal as will every morning stating what I am grateful. Have a blessed Day!
Andrea, I thank you so much for your quick reply. I totally missed this video. I watched the whole video and I will be getting these pans. Love all your videos and look forward to them. I have used many of your great ideas. Gods blessing to you and your lovely family.
You are such a beauty but most of all a beautiful soul. Andrea your hair looks amazing curled . Your kitchen is super cozy and thank you for sharing recipes. Many blessings pretty lady
Andrea, your hair looks beautiful! I love all your recipes. My husband has been remodeling my kitchen since July so I can't wait to get my kitchen back. I truly appreciate you putting out your videos. Thanks
Beautiful decorating! I would get a lantern that is a little smaller, and that tapers at the bottom. This would give a graceful look over your sink. I really love your sink. My grandmother had a sink like that on the farm when I was little. I love that you are mixing old with new. It gives your home a timeless style! Thank you for this relaxing video!
I live in Michigan and January is one of my favorite months. Love the snow and it allows me to focus on my sewing room projects. Also making hearty soups. Love your home.
I am from Michigan also. Nice to see one from Michigan and usually most are out of state or the country. You have a warm, cozy and Inviting home. I am also new to your channel.
I too am obsessed with baby’s breath. It’s just timeless. Just so cozy. I have this lantern in my front entry hallway and at first my hubby and I lived with it a few days and now I love it. Mushrooms would be great with those meatballs too. Yum. I’m also a Midwestern girl. Born and raised in Chicago and I now live in Rockton right on the Illinois and Wisconsin border. It’s an adjustment for this city girl but I DO NOT miss the Chicago traffic. And if I had my way I would have or live in New Buffalo, MI. I love it there!
Thank you for sharing your recipes!! I always love it when you give us ideas for meals. I haven't ever made homemade bread before but you have inspired me to at least try!! Your kitchen is so warm and cozy as is your home! God bless you this week!!
I just got around to watching this video, but it was very timely. I worked on my meal plan for the next month and had 3 days left to fill in....now I have 2! Can't wait to try the meatballs and white sauce! Thanks for sharing all the things!
Bread making doesn't really take bravery. Give it a try! If it doesn't work, all you've lost is a bit of flour. It most likely will work and you will decide to keep making your own bread. I was raised in a house, where homemade bread was on the agenda every day and I carried this into my life with my own husband and children. Besides being delicious, it is also cost saving. It doesn't take skill, although it does take a bit of time. Just let the bread rise, while you tackle something else.
I can’t believe I just discovered you! Was listening to Lisa bass podcast and *Now love your UA-cam channel! Love the meatball and roasted vegetable recipe looks delicious! And I love the hair idea. Thanks for sharing.
I think a smaller lantern would look nice, but I also think using the same light fixture you have in your entryway would look even better and keep the kitchen looking light, clean, airy, and cozy.
I loved your channel and all the cozy tips. It's helping me with my winter blues especially after being on vacation in 80s weather and missing my family. Love your hair! I made sourdough sandwich breads this morning for my family. They love this instead of the round bread. It's super easy too. Thanks for a great video. Looking forward to catching up on the ones, i've missed. 😊
Many of us in keto 11:09 community make oven meatballs &egg bites on our prep day. From LS place them on a drying rack over the pan to avoid the puddles if you care. Elizabeth Also, you lift me up to the Lord so many times.
I personally like the lantern. But, if you aren’t happy with it you could possibly paint it or like you said return it. Your sourdough bread looks so yummy. It makes me want to make it. I am terminally ill and I enjoy watching your videos at night when I can’t sleep due to pain and anxiety. They bring me peace. Thank you for that! Good bless you and your family. 🙏🏼🕊️
I get so jealous in the winter watching all these snowy slow winter videos as I am in Florida. I don't feel like we get that slow down feel. Summer is actually my favorite time of year here because the humidity is low and temps are comfortable enough to be outside and it's our dry season. I do miss snow though.
Pretty snow! Love all that you shared - many gray days with rain and fog here in SW Ohio! Thinking you may have snow with Easter falling early on the calendar this year! I agree the kitchen light is too heavy, large for the space in your kitchen. A lantern style would be ideal, just smaller in scale than the one you have I think. Your bread and meal look absolutely delicious!💯 💖💖💖💖💖🤗🤗💖🤗❤🌹❤
Aw love the cozy, cottage look. I love the winter season and how slow and beautiful it can be. Also random but your eyebrows looks amazing even in the morning, how do you do them? 😂
Ciao Andrea mi sono appena iscritta proprio adesso, mamma mia che bella casa hai, adoro i colori e gli oggetti che hai messo, complimenti piano piano i tuoi video me li guarderò tutti, un saluto dall'Italia
Love the lanterns vibe, above the sink...but I think a smaller one would fit the space better; also, where are all your family pictures, framed, and on the wall? That would also be a lovely, cozy, homey feeling, of all your sweet/adorable family!
Andrea, Thank you so much for sharing your home and recipes. You are ome of the sweetest ladies on you tube. Thank you again and I will definitely be trying your recipes.
Andrea so warm and cozy. I love your home and I really enjoy the recipes that you show. I watched this video last night and I am going today to get my ingredients to make the meatball dinner that you made, that looked so delicious. Thank you for sharing, keep the yummy food and bread coming. Ive never made bread so yours has definitely has made me want to start.
I always love your videos. Your cabinet pulls are so pretty. You always inspire with your cooking and your home is such a peaceful place. Many blessing to you and your family!!!
I do love the lighter too but over the sink it does look heavy. It might be too big or just a matter of getting use too. Your place is so cozy and cute
Thank you so much for this lovely video which has imspired me. Im just getting over a virus after being unwell for two weeks and my mum is in hospital with a fractured pelvis. It's been quite a stressful time. Your video content has inspired me/lifted my spirits. Thank you. ❤
I love the lantern style lights, if maybe you could find a smaller one it really would be pretty there. Thanks for sharing the recipes, the meatball one today looked soooo delicious, I've gotta try it!! And the steamed veggies of course!😊 Thanks for sharing with us today, may God richly bless you🙏
hey girl- Ooh i really enjoyed the video! 😀😉Such pretty plants. The snow looks so pretty to. Love your hair -and the food looks amazing😋 Thank you for sharing. Y'all have a wonderful weekend 🥰☺
I love the winter months, life slows down and I just enjoy !!!! I too will try and bake my sourdough bread in a bread pan !!! Yours looked delicious!!!!
fellow heatless curl girlie over here. Ive been using mine for probably two years now and always have a perfect curl. I recommend the eternal muse curler (I use the jumbo) or silk n love (also the largest curler they have). There's 2 or 3 different size curlers depending on your curl preference. They are sooooo comfortable to sleep in compared to any others I have tried and the silk scrunchies keep from getting the kink at the bottom of the curl. They're a little more money than the amazon curlers but in my opinion well worth the difference. Also for side sleepers like myself I actually take a spare scrunchie and tie the curler back. I also feel it keeps the curler in place better.
The spaghetti and meatballs look so tasty. Homemade bread smell mummy too. The light fixture above the sink is pretty and to large for the space. If you can exchange it, it'll be better. Oh how I get so scared regarding candles and cats. I just love your home is so cozy with the fireplace.
It all looks delicious. I want to try the meatball dinner. You make it look so easy. I live in S. CA. and I sometimes would like to spend a cold winter day at home cooking and reading, but I have to pretend.
Those scent of homemade bread on a cold winters' day, there is nothing like it. You are a wonderful mom.
Thank you! And yes, that aroma is wonderful! 😊
Hi Andrea, I really enjoy your channel. I'm retired now, however I keep very busy getting new ideas on homemaking, and you have a gift of encouragement. A smaller lantern in the same style would be perfect, Andrea! I love watching your videos.
I just noticed you have 100K subscribers!! Congratulations! Another awesome video!! Thank you!!
Thank you so much! 😊

Thank you for a lovely soothing video.I have always felt intimidated by making sourdough! But you made it look easy and looks yummy.I will try it out❤
I love the light over the sink. It adds character.
You know, the more i see your blue stove, the more i absolutely adore it!! Such an unexpected pop of colour but totally fits the cottage vibe of you home 💙💙💙
Thank you. I feel the same way! 😊
I think your hair looks lovely ☺️ It looks like you spent more time on it than you did. Thanks for the cozy video and sharing with us!
This video was so warm and cozy. You make homemaking look effortless.
No, I really like the lantern over the sink. The heatless curlers are great and your hair looks gorgeous. Sourdough bread looks delicious.
A favorite childhood memory was coming home from school to freshly baked bread, still warm with butter melting into it, as my snack. @@PineandProspectHome well it’s true and you’re welcome 😊
You really give us a sense of peace Andrea. Just what is needed in this crazy world. Thank you❤
Your hair turned out very beautiful 😻❤️💜, love it
Thank you for sharing your hair tutorial. I have tried this before, but they will not stay in my hair, the anchor piece is genius!❤❤❤
So, so happy to see you incorporating real plants rather than the many faux stems you used in the past. Nurturing and growing something brings life into a dreary winter. Also, I agree the lantern over the sink is too heavy. Perhaps go for something smaller.
What a lovely vlog. The content, your voice, the music and a cup of tea. Wonderful! Thank you for your inspiration. 🇨🇦
Your hair is always so beautiful. I am definitely going to give the heatless curler a try! Thanks for adding that.
Thank you! Hope you like them!😊
Congratulations to 100.000 subscribers Andrea!!! Great job!!!!!
Your bread always looks so yummy! I love your calming voice and music.
You made me hungry with the home made bread. It looked delicious.

So warm and cozy cuddle up by the fireplace reading a book or watching a movie with something to drink or a snack love it

Charlotte Grove, on UA-cam, loves her All Clad set; I looked online and almost had a cow, with the prices though! But she loves them!
Andrea, your hair looks beautiful! I love all your recipes. My husband has been remodeling my kitchen since July so I can't wait to get my kitchen back. I truly appreciate you putting out your videos. Thanks
I love to make homemade soup bread and buns. I love a cup of tea or hot chocolate by the window with a great book. Just watching it snow is calming.
Ahhhhhhh...... this is how I always feel at the end of your videos, Andrea! Relaxed and inspired! God bless you and your dear family! Linda
Good morning Andrea , I enjoy your videos. Everything about your channel is amazing. Blessings to you and your family. 🥰❤️🥰
I agree, I think the lantern is to heavy above the sink. I love your home and your kitchen is so warm and inviting ❤
What a lovely, warm video to share with us during these winter months. Blessings to you and your family.✝️💕

Such a delightful video! I appreciate your encouragement on this winter day. Thank you from a Canadian viewer. You are a blessing! ❤

I think a smaller lantern and maybe not black. Otherwise, I think a lantern would be beautiful over the sink. Your video is so peaceful-thank you! ❤😊
Yes I agree with you on the lantern it’s a too big! I love your kitchen and all the antiques you’ve collected in it!
Thank you!! 😊

P.S. The ourkinandhome link only shows 1 video from a year ago.....at least it did for me.
Lucky you, who gets to stay warm and safe and enjoy a lovely clean home.
I love the lantern
I’m hoping I will get brave enough to tackle making sour dough bread one day. Looks so good.

I love the lantern!
Made homemade bread last night...my youngest son said really enjoyed it. You have a lovely home.

Agree with you - the lantern over the sink looks "heavy"
🌲❄ So pretty!
Maybe paint your new light fixture and antique gold to match some of your hardware. Everything in your house is so beautiful and peaceful.
The lamp is perfect! Definitely keep it, it looks gorgeous 👏🏻🇬🇧

The lantern is lovely, you can spray paint it a bronze or copper. The black counter top is what is currently grounding the space.
Thank you for the dinner idea. I made something similar but with chicken instead, and it was delicious.
Actually, I really like the lantern light fixture. I, too, live in Michigan and embrace winter.
It all looks delicious. I want to try the meatball dinner. You make it look so easy. I live in S. CA. and I sometimes would like to spend a cold winter day at home cooking and reading, but I have to pretend.
